How come if the vehicle have problem and they pay coffee money to the runner RM 200- 250 all can settle, I think still have bribery not direct contact but true runner and now with the online booking it is very troublesome if you book direct if you did not pass the first time and to retest back you cannot booking back on the same day maybe after a few days only can and the timing only 5 to 6pm in the morning always full so we have no life..la only have to spend time for puspakom...la. I think this is not fair for all the drivers out there. And why you nin to change RM 3.50 for the online booking last time it's an option if you don't want to pay RM 3.50 you can just walk in and queue up but now it's no more and option we are forced to do online booking only so why we have to pay for your service it's puspakom job. JUST IMAGINE ONE VEHICLE RM3.50 HOW MANY THOUSANDS OF CAR IN ONE DAY IN MALAYSIA THERE CAN GET A VERY GOOD COLLECTION I THINK THIS IS A NEW FORM OF BRIBERY.
