you do not need to worry about product. I am a regular customer of Aachho. they provide good products but they do take time a lot. all you need to have is patience. it will all worth.

Hey girls out there if are thinking of buying suits from achho plzz go ahead really main bohat rumors sune achho ke liye kr fraud hai and yhe vo but trust me bhot achhe hain i got my first suit in just 5 days after ordering and second wala ship ho gya hai full track kr rhi hun koi problem nahi aa rhi cod Kiya tha, call pick kr rhe achhe se manage kiya mujhe am really impressed..
Now agar app log discount pr ya purne stock se suit mangvate hain to vo jaldi aajata hai kyunki vo already ready Hot hai aur agar latest mangvaya hai to thoda time lg jata hai it depends ke kitna ready but aata zaruroor hai.. Mujhe receive hue hai aur bohat achhen hai im really impressed

@@gunjanyadav8531 one of suit that was already stitched took 5 days to reach after placing the order. But Second one wasn't despatched. So i call them and they told me your order is under process. That one took 12 to 13 days to reach though i ordered both at the same time... So it completely depends whether they are ready with your order or not

Aachho now a days taking so much time to deliver. My sister ordered on 20th January and received it yesterday itself.
I know it’s irritating but trust me have some patience your order will get deliver for sure.

If you have emailed them then they will reply you via mail within 4-5 days. Make sure you mailed them on support@aachho.com
If your order is prepaid then after cancellation they will refund your money as a credit note in you Aachho wallet plus they will charge you 2-3% as payment gateway charges. It’s a lengthy process but it will definitely work.

Aachho has really degraded their delivery service in past 3 months. Their production is getting slow day by day as well delivery service.
They they will definitely deliver your product but this thing is taking very long time comparatively. Have patience and be in contact with them on mails. It will get deliver for sure.

Aachoo ki delivery service mein last 3 months se kafi slow response rha h. Mera ghar jaipur k pas h or inka head office bhi jaipur mein hi h. Mera product aane mein 1.5 months lge or meri friend jo ki raipur mein rhti h unka order within 10 days mein aa gya.
I don’t know inka production slow h ya delivery service but you have to be really patient. Aapka order aa jyga don’t worry bs aap inse contact mein rhiye through mails because in that case you will have some written proof.

If you have ordered on 12th feb then I would suggest you to wait 10-15 days more. Generally this is happening a lot in my friends as well. But they got their order after 45-50 days. Maybe some production is lacking.
But still if you want to cancel the order then you can contact them on 9001888987 or via mail on support@aachho.com
They take around 4-5 days to reply on mails. After that they will refund your money as a credit note in your aachho wallet, but they will deduct 2-3% of it as a payment gateway charge.
I know it is not a seamless process but this is how it works. Hope it helped you dear 😊

Generally Aachho, bunnai, the traditional label these brands take 15 to 20 days to deliver the product. But sometimes it takes more than 25 days or one month. Due to the product unavailable typically.
In that case you can contact with them via customer care or mails.
But don’t worry it will get deliver sure. Because they are authentic and genuine 👍🏻👍🏻
Same status it’s been more than 1.5 months. Product not delivered, Have done so many mails, No one is responding on Manali so it create doubt in mind. Order may get delayed but communication is important which is missing from the last 1.5 months

I can totally understand your concern. They are delivering products very very late these days. This also happened with my sister. She lost all hopes that whether she will get her order or not. But her order came after 2 months.
