10:29 pe Samjh nhi aaya sir, aapne bola agar runoff se Jayada barish hogi tab hi pani excess me aayega? Lekin phi-index bhi to yhi baat bolta h.
Phir different Kha pe rha. Plz ye samjha dijiye guruji

Jabki seepage ek phenomenon h..
In other word permeability ki wajh se hi seepage, percolation wgerah hote h..
