As safe as you can be. I can rest, and everything will be okay when I wake up. It's only when I found myself relax to this tune did I realize how much I've grown, adapted back to normal life. I might not be there yet, but... Hey, I'll get there. Not sure why I decided to type this out. Maybe someone else will be comforted by knowing someone else felt like they do? If so, know that things get better.
