Sorry for misisng your comment. It might be because you don't have access to the other databases, unfortunately. It depends on your institutional access

One question, when searching with Ovid in Embase, do you access 100% of Embase?

Embase is European focused. Medline Ovid is primarily North American. So no you would not access 100% of Embase with an Ovid search
