No, but I would like to find the people who would pay that. I've got a stack of linen tea towels that belonged to my husband's grandmother. No one in the family wants to iron linens from the 1930's-40's. I could make a small fortune.
Hi Sherry. My favorite project was the mirror with the mushroom candle. Imagine if you could have a classroom filled with thrift store finds and teach people how to recycle/create beautiful decor. You would be a modern day Bob Ross. With a chain of classrooms around the country. The thrift stores would be sold out! You can make a silk purse out of burlap! Your creativity knows no boundaries. Too much praise?? Well, I think you're super talented Sherry 😁
My favorite was seeing that your son is engaged! Congratulations. I also love the rose plate, the three tiles, and the green frame with poem and white flowers.
Thank you so much, Linda! That is my favorite part, too! I didn’t ask them if it was ok to show that picture in the video, but I am so excited, I just couldn’t resist!
The framed cup and your use of a piece of wood with the picture frame are my favorites. But honestly I screenshot almost every single one. Thank you for giving me weekly inspiration.I absolutely adore your channel and love everything you create and share with the world.
I've been subscribed to your channel for some time now and I've never commented. Your creative genius is on full display in this video. Masterful comes to mind when thinking of your creativity. Thank you for sharing.
Patricia, I truly appreciate that you took the time to leave a comment. (I don’t always comment on the videos I watch either.) You are so very kind. Thank you so much!🥰
I took my Mother's embroidered handkerchiefs, a large embroidery hoop, clear rubber bands and made a beautiful wreath. Not my idea, I saw it on Pinterest, but it is so beautiful!
I absolutely love the frame with the mushroom, its the frame I love the most, and I believe that the round frame with the basket and butterflies is definitely my favorite. Sherry you always make the most creative and beautiful things. Congratulations on the upcoming wedding.
The blue napkin covered wall box with the cup was amazing but Sherry every thing on this video I loved , the butterfly portrait was so whimsical, i really loved everyone of the projects. The green frame was a work in progress that ended up being spectacular. Sherry Sherry Sherry, where do your ideas and creativity come from. It must be an endless well. Thank you , many blessings.
I loved the idea for grandma's hankies and towels. I have been wondering for a couple of years how to crat with them to pass out to the great-grand kids. now I will be doing gifts with them! Thank you for this idea and the rest, they were all just fantastic!
Beautiful ideas!!!! I love the teacup framei have a full collection of them I can use for that without damaging the cups!!! All of these were wonderful ideas!
Hi Sherry, I always love your ideas. Here is one I saw using vintage hankies. To make a window valance you fold them to form a triangle and sew a small pocket to fit on a curtain rod. You don't have to sew them together you just add them on until you have enough to go across your window. Congrats to your son and his fiance!
I love nature plants wood and mushroom brought together with the mirror...😊 the butterfly art is simply gorgeous...😊 very sweet i love the wire in the frame and the greenery on the side with the nest...😊 the green frame with transfers is very nice...😊
I loved the frame inside the frame that had the bird in it. Also loved the picture that you adhered butterfly's but of course they were all adorable! You are so full of ideas and talent!
Wow! Really enjoyed 95% of the projects 🎉 I think the basket could have been left off the butterfly lady portrait, and you could have glued the new butterflies on the same places as the not so colorful ones. Sherry, you are an incredible inspiration and seem to outdo yourself each week!! 🎉🎉🎉
*Sherry, I L💙🤍VE royal blue and white - and my favorite pattern for dishes is Blue Willow, so you know your blue and white decoupaged shadow box with the Blue Willow cup with florals is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE CRAFT PROJECT this week❣️😉💙🤍💙* *CONGRATULATIONS on your son's ENGAGEMENT❣️💟💍*
Hi sherry,. I have a metal heart that I attached a sign to. It was my boy friends business card. One who gardens works hand in hand with God. Love your channel.
As usual, brilliant creations! I can usually never pick a favorite of the items you make but I think the box with the cup inside was just adorable so that is my favorite, but I loved them all.
I agree about donating a family member's embroidery pieces. I always buy them, because someone needs to appreciate all the love and time that went into them❤.
Yes!🥰 My mom spent 4! winters working on an extremely large crewel piece that she hung over the family room sofa when she was done. I don’t know what happened to it, but I sure hope someone somewhere is enjoying it because I sure would love to have it.
@@CanterburyCottage Sherry, seriously, your hair looks naturally gorgeous. Your teeth look better every week. Most women your age would kill for your figure! Take the compliment. That's what my entire career was based on, making women look better. I know a thing or two!😁
So many favorites, impossible to choose just one. The frame with the chicken wire was so lovely. Also liked the green frame withe poem and roses. The frame with the blue and white napkin and the blue and white cup were beautiful! Love watching your videos. 🤗
Hi Sherry, I love wall art! I always look for embroidery and needlework at antique and thrift stores. I even check out garments for handmade embellishments. I liked your wood piece with the pretty needlework. I m inspired 🦋
Miss Sherry I want to tell you how much I have appreciated your videos over the years. The level of creativity you show is so inspiring. And while you make good use of paint and transfers, you often go far beyond the basic paint-and-rub-ons to which so many channels limit themselves. I love your room makeovers. I love how you fearlessly tackle the use of power tools, and I appreciate how clearly you communicate your how-to's and even your "fails." Sometimes I wish for more videos from you so much that I find myself just going back and re-watching your old ones. Thank you so much for your efforts, your ideas, and your inspiration. Cheers, dear lady!
So many great projects once again! Completely fell in love with the tile frame. The frame with mushroom candle and the butterfly picture are other favorites. The round frame never had glass or backing. It's a frame to hold a decorative collector's plate. Also, I like the more muted butterflies on the picture. It enables the picture of the woman to shine through. The brighter butterflies on the frame draw the eye in. I must put transfers on my shopping list!
Thank you so much, Elisabeth! I was wondering about that frame because the brackets/clamps on the back seemed odd, too. Now, it makes perfect sense. I don’t think I have ever seen a frame for plates, but now I want some!
@@CanterburyCottage When the market dropped on collector's plates in the mid-80's of course frames did too. They were always expensive which is why I never bought them. I've seen several companies market them now for $40 and up. Keep checking thrift shops for them. You might get lucky. 😁
Once again, I can not pick a favorite! I will say that I am jealous of your finding that frame for the teacup! I’ll be keeping an eye out, but as I have never seen one in my thrift shop before, I’m not holding out for much hope. Your creativity continues to amaze me!
Thank you, Jeanne! If you can’t find a box/frame, you could use a box and just remove the bottom and lid. You could also put an empty frame around it to dress it up
Good morning, Sherry. All original and unique projects. I have 4 favorites: the tea cup display, the vintage plate display, the two old frames and the frame with the poem. Don't ask me to choose just one because it's impossible.
These are all so creative & original! Loved the idea w/the embroidery linens. Unfortunately I lost everything in a wild fire a few yrs ago & lost some hand embroidered linens that my grandmother had done 😥. I never did know what to do with them & while it's too late for hers, this gives me a lovely idea if I come across anything similar while I'm out thrifting. Again thank you always for sharing your talent!
Wednesday is my birthday and to celebrate, I ordered myself a new photo printer! My son and daughter in law gave me the cutest little grandson on March 1, 2024 and this Nana needs lots of pictures of him with his older brother and sister! My favorite has to be the vintage plate with the poem and flowers! I’m on the lookout for one for myself now!
So excited finally got home to see your video before what I wanted was sold out. Another item to add to my collection of your work. Love what you do and look forward to watching your videos.
Well young lady, I'm so sorry that I can't tell you my favorite one on this video.. because you just knocked it out of the park with these.. they're ALL my favorite and they're all fabulous.👏👍💯 Bravo on a job very well done and thanks so much for sharing. 💖💖❣️
I already know I will have to watch this video again, for several reasons. First, while I recognized your son and his girlfriend, I didn’t notice the engagement. Secondly, I forgot about screen shots of the finished projects to give me future inspiration. Lastly, there were just so many great ideas I need to see them again. Hard to pick a favorite but maybe the piece of wood you added to the frame. They are all amazing…again!
You just amaze me at how creative you are. How you can take different sizes n shapes of frames n come up with wonderful ideas. I would never had thought of taking a napkin n puttying it on a frame. The best part is no two or three are alike. Yes, to me you’re amazing n so gifted. It was hard to pick a favorite but o think the shadow box with the blue n white tea cup was beautiful. ♥️♥️♥️😊👍👍👍🌟
All of your projects are FAB-U-LOUS and so much better than the $2,000 framed tea towel hahaha! 🤣 I particularly like the wooden framed mirror with the wood shelf, foliage and birds nest. You have the most artistic imagination Sherry! Everything you turn your hand to is amazing!😊👍☺️ X
Sherry, your inspiration never fails to amaze me. I just love the cup in the frame. I also like the wicker basket with the frame. the blue and white frame with cup and flowers was my favourite, although it did compete with the wicker. Thank you once more for sharing your talent with us.
My favorite today was I guess perhaps the simplest...the beautiful embroidery linen on the fencepost. The contrast between these two items was what made it fabulous. I wouldnt have thought of adding the stuffing, but that was the perfect touch. I'm like you in that I cannot understand beautiful hand sewn and embroidery fabrics ending up in thrift stores. Good afternoon, Sherry! Looking forward to seeing your magical wall art transformations! ❤, Bobbie. P.S. Happy Spring ! I love them all, especially the blue willow tea cup shadow box! 💙🌿🌷🪻
Loved your statement: "We're not paying $2,000 for a framed dish towel".❤😊
Me too!
No, but I would like to find the people who would pay that. I've got a stack of linen tea towels that belonged to my husband's grandmother. No one in the family wants to iron linens from the 1930's-40's. I could make a small fortune.

You hit that right! ♥️😊👍
yes that cracked me up!
Hi Sherry! I started my own channel about 7 months ago, and I had to let you know how much of an inspiration you have been to me. So creative! ❤😊
I just subscribed to your channel as well I love diys lol
The framed cup was my favorite because it was so striking yet "contained" - no floral sticking out and only a little surface to dust.
I have to agree with you
Love them all

That bird picture was incredible!
Oh, thank you, Jackie!😊
The blue and white shadow box with the blue willow teacup was my favorite. So clever, Sherry!

Those tiles on the tray is very decorative and colorful 😊
