Hi Lola, sorry for the slow reply. I wear the small with the smaller pads provided inside and it fits nice and snug. I have always had issues with finding a helmet small enough but 100 definitely suit me! I use to wear the XS in the old one so was a little apprehensive but it fits great! Hope that helps 👍🏻
