Vijay Sethupathi and Joju George like actors have scripts tailor made just for them to act on and it gets successful both critically and financially
Bhai nhi hota villian hi banate bas usse just like sanjay dutt they give prior to their own actors vjs and joju both are regional stars already
Everybody in malayalam and Tamil cinema has a good body of work. Superstar or so called character actors all have movies that benefit them. Even comedians like Suraj Venjaramoodu(malayalam cinema) or Vadivelu(Tamil cinema) are getting work that is both comedy and drama. They have variety of films that serve their talent than what bollywood has to offer Nawazuddin. Nawazuddin could've easily been a Vijay Sethupathy, but he's relegated to low budget films that doesn't have good promotions and when he's in popular films he's an awful actor.
Sacred games is one of those films that he's remembered more than Saif ali khan.

Majority of the Hindi audience understanding of cinema is only about heroes. While south too has that kind of audience, there are also ample amount of cinephiles too, especially in Kerala and TN as you said.
Hence actors like Soori, Suraj, joju, Vijay Sethupathi enjoy success and stardom too.
The great Irfan Khan who was celebrated in the Hindi belt, never enjoyed a box office blockbuster status when he was in the lead. Thats a sad fact
@@siddharthiyer2177You have to understand the people who started the Hindi film industry(which is known as Bollywood today) were the most handsome and glamorous people. Prithviraj Kapoorji, Dev Anand ji, Dilip Sahab, Raj Kapoor sahab, actresses like Madhubala ji, waheeda rehman ji and all such people led to a breakthrough in the industry and people started watching films….

So many points to learn from Nawazuddin interview. Right from the making a house, choosing the posters or not putting own pictures, colors, and wringles on the faces etc. simple yet inspiring.
This calmness comes when you finally come at peace with yourself. He accepts his wrongs and tries to be a better human everyday and not to commit the same mistakes again
Sneha...the interview felt like the slow interview by neelesh Mishra...ur pauses and questions...really good ..u need to have a separate show like this...this was good

pata nahin kyon mujhe ye interview dekhte hue aisa lagraha hai, k mai nawaz bhai ki koi film dekhraha hun....aur he's really such a good natural actor in our indian film industry.... in between this interview when he said after taking a sip of coffee, hmm kya baat keh raha tha mai.....thats the dialogue when i thought i m watching any of his movie.....🎉🎉

I am a huge fan of Nawaz siddiqi ...that's different, ..BUT this interviewer is one of the best I hv seen on such interviews ...at least I felt so. Loved the interview.
I think something about the interviewer is making the interviewee very uncomfortable and self conscious. Maybe the way she is looking at him on the outside and inside.

Sneha has a rare talent; no ego and no need for attention for the sake of attention itself. She earns her name. Her interviewing tempo is extraordinary. The pauses are an opportunity for a more deep reply from Nawazudin and it works every time. It helps that she is a classical sub-continent beauty. Poised and intelligent. Slow moving interview are always the best. Please do more interviees with independent film actors in addition to typical commercial actors. All the best!
