    It's always a pleasure stopping by a watch you fly a plane, Andrew. I have you to thank for my RC successes with Inav.

    100AUD for the kit seems a bit silly for a basic wing

    Great review, thanks. It looks way too quick for me but with Newton at the controls it really performs. Agree about the price point for this given just a chunk of foam and some small electrical bits.

    Nice Review Andrew....I always have unlimited trim movement selected on my models...Handy on many a Maiden flight....That bobbly tiny wing is way too pricy IMO...😮😏🇬🇧🇬🇧

    I wish all models were made with epp.. I now wont buy any planes made from epo.. They just dont last.. Even if you try your best, within a couple of months, theres dents in the wings, fingernail depressions.. From now on its either epp or balsa for me..

    Very nice. May I ask, what is the hat camera you're using and the microphone? I would like to do some flight videos and yours looks and sounds great 👍

    if the plane was sub $40 i would consider it but 50+ for a hotwired kit only is too much

    One way to get the Baby AR Wing Pro under 250gms. Same gear but floppy foam and slightly shorter wingspan. Always worries me a little with that lovely long brown grass there in the summer heatwave conditions, mate. We've had 2 foam fires in our 7-year history at the old mining tailings strip. Luckily both on the cleared strip so no disasters. This year's spectacular growing season has long replaced all the accumulated grass (and wayward UAVs) cleared by last summer's firebugs, so caution is the name of the game again. Noel's beach sand flights might be hard on electronic gear but the conflagration insurance probably is well worth it. 🤔😉
    Edit! But then you don't hammer them down in unexpected places at the same frequency as us Old Farts! 😜😊

      Never seen a crash fire in all my years, but yes I hear you. It is only 16º and wet on the ground.

    why not use instant trim

    • @AndrewNewton
      @AndrewNewton  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Totally forgot about Instant Trim. But I learned something just now. Couldn't get it to work at all because I routinely delete all the Input lines. Turns out you have to have something in the Inputs page even if you don't use the Input.
