Cani I can tell you exactly why players are forcing to leave. When you’re sinking over a week the player may send a message saying he wants a new contract, but they can be quick to turn if you don’t give it within a day or two. If you sim less or sim shorter amounts of time it might not happen as much

This is the best series hands down. You should be really picky with the youth academy now. Only the really insane ones should come in and start selling those ones that aren't the top tier. Add them to the squad hub to check on them later.
i think the contract issue happens because you renew contracts with 0 years of extension make sure this doesnt happen so we dont lose on talents

Cani I think you need to start selling a lot of players because it will keep bringing your manager rating down through unhappy players. Also next season you definitely need to build a team around your wingers. Barbosa and van vliet are going to be around 75 rated by the next season so lot of changes to be made
When u simulate against teams u know u can’t beat use the second team so they get play time
Cani needs to use a formation with wingers like a 424 for example and you can make CM’s cdms or cams.
This will give some wingers a go because I can’t bear seeing 71 rated players not starting
Cani, make sure you check if any of your players have a release clause!

Cani switch to a 1 striker formation since park is injured and most of the players you have are wingerss
cani with some many wingers and wide midfielders that are young beasts you need to use them in there proper positions. try a 4,3,3 with a CAM. at least try it with your secondary team
1. Change formation to 4-3-3 attack to accomodate your wingers
2. Start selling players to reduce your squad size, way too many of them that you don't even use

you didn't get their message requesting for contract extension because you sims pass through it more than a week. I've been saying since few episodes ago, but when simming, make sure you only sims at most 7 days so you don't miss any messages or transfer/loan offer.
In Hungary we switch te first names with the surnames, so you can call Magyar in his first name :Ferenc, or his nickname :Feri if you want (love you for send scouts to Hungary)
