Awesome guys！Szechuan（Si Chuan in madarin pinyin）is actually a province in China and the hometown for pandas. There are quite a lot of saunce which could be used to represent the area and I would personally recommending 老干妈（Lao Gan Ma / Old Godmother）and 豆瓣酱（Dou Ban Jiang），both are usually available in a typical Chinese supermarket in whichever part of the world you are so if you mix either of these with dashes of soysauce and ketchup it will definitely give your taste buds a blow which you will be loving(^ ^)
They spent $125??? I got mine for free with my mcnuggets lolol they definitely had more than 10 packets at the mcdonalds near me. My friends and I all got a couple with our order. And honestly, it wasnt that good. The sauce they sell at the grocery store is better. Jocelyn was definitely right. McDonald's sauce was kinda bland

someone else may have said this already, but Szechuan is a region/province in China that has a pepper named after it. It is a very unique pepper flavour. You should add that to your homemade sauce to truly make it Szechuan. Enjoy.

The pushing down part comes along when you have a whole garlic or piece of garlic that's still wrapped. That's when you squish it with a knife or a spoon that way it's easier to unravel and get out.
