There is no benchmark for number of questions for your research.
You need to construct the questionnaire according to your research objectives and hypothesis.

Likert scale is an ordinal scale or interval scale?
The Likert scale is an ordinal scale, but if we sum up the item responses for a scale (e.g. anxiety scale is measured by 5 items), then we have interval scaled values.

Based on the responses to such questions we can evaluate the personality traits. My question is how we can develop such a questionnaire to make a qualitative study? Where can get some models of such questionnaire for reference?
@@jayajusty9267 Quantitative and Qualitative research methods follow entirely different paradigm. Qualitative research commonly follow exploratory research methods. Here you need to design your own questionnaire for your study.
