I want to download the audio add on for screen capture but it asked me for a password before I can download it. I don’t know what password they want. I don’t remember making one. I tried my email address. I also tried my license number. It did not work. I don’t understand why this is so hard.

VideoProc Converter is a decent program, but the nagging popups are infuriating! I purchased a lifetime license and am using the latest version (5.7 as of today), but the popups STILL appear. The latest one if for their "Summer Sale" which I just started seeing yesterday. There is a link that says, "Don't show this again", but clicking it does absolutely NOTHING - the popups still appear! This is inexcusable! For this reason, I don't recommend the program.
The Downloader software is so damn slow. Can I speed up the download process? I have high speed internet, but this downloader make it seem like my download ability is only capable of 1Mbps
I was sold on VideoProc's pitch that they convert videos into 4K. This has not been my experience. I ran some home videos of mine from 1987, 1990, and 1996 through this software and the finished product looks exactly the same. I was expecting sharpened, nonblurry videos in 4K.
This prog main pro is that it uses the full potential of the GPU to convert. I missed that in your video. And what i was looking for is that they are already up to speed with the M1 silicon from apple. Nice video. Thx.
Yes but... Neither the VideoProc Converter or the VideoProc Vlogger software preserve original Audio Quality... This is the "Only Thing" that really sucks about these programs. They will not allow for anything above 48000 / 160. Other than that... They are great.
