Perhaps NASA, as owner of the Kennedy Space Center, should allow the several commercial launch operators to build new or extra pads north and northwest of the existing LC39 platforms. As originally envisioned, LC39 was to have at least 3 and possibly 5 pads. Personally I think that when Starship becomes operational SpaceX should move Florida Starship operations to the LC39A main pad, where Falcon 9 is launched from at the moment. That pad was designed for something on the scale of Starship after all.

I don't think that should be a major concern. KSC has seen many test launches over the years, SLS being the most recent. Starship/SH is a significantly different beast from the more conventional rockets so testing it separately makes sense.

I would say all the claims Blue Origin has is valid for any rocket launch from any Cape Canaveral Launch Complex that hasn’t been flight tested. And I only see one rocket scheduled at the cape that hasn’t had a flight test and that is the Blue Origin New Glenn. 😮

I would be more concerned with the New Glenn that won't have test launches from a "prototyping" site as SpaceX does with Starbase.
I don't think that should be a major concern. KSC has seen many test launches over the years, SLS being the most recent. Starship/SH is a significantly different beast from the more conventional rockets so testing it separately makes sense.
