Exodus 33:16 "For how shall it be known that I have found favor in your sight, I and your people? Is it not in your going with us, so that we are distinct, I and your people, from every other people on the face of the earth?”
This is one of the most comforting things I’ve heard in a hot minute, especially in this season of time I’m in. I’m 19, I’m not working right now and I’m not in school. I have no clue where I’m going next; I have a feeling about my calling, and I’m holding on to prophetic words I’ve been given, but I have no idea what’s next. And honestly, I don’t really care- I finally don’t have control nor a plan, and it’s great. Everyone tells me that I need to do this, or that, or the other thing- but all I really want is Him. I get to spend every day, hours and hours, with the Lord, and it’s all I want. It’s hard sometimes, and I fail miserably often, but I’m in LOVE, and I’m WITH Him. Produce holt fruits in her heart and life, and may it be as seeds to be sown in others lives, on Jesus' name. Bring her back to stillness and the secret place with You to abide and rest in You, for from You are all things, and You know what each of Your children need. Thank You; keep us strong and watching in You, keep us open to You to direct our paths (Psalm 32:8). In Jesus' name, Amen. ❤
I'm very concerned about the lost 🌎 sometimes they come to Church and experience His love n His presence and they kept reading the WORD and praying etc some people come to so called meeting and then go back the same.. book of Acts is so beautiful people were taught healed and set free from addictions and so on We need revival! Peter's shadow healed n now after ppl read that they want to experience it There are a lots of believers in this days which is nice but very few have the ability to reach preach praise cast out demons etc The kingdom of God is about love joy peace demo of power... You are right we have to give our time to seek the Lord ⏰ time for everything we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word📘♥️ But Mary chose that one thing...
We love formulas because it feeds into our souls desire for independence. Presence requires our leaning on the beloved but we still have the juice of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil whispering, in our veins.

I like the idea, but I think it falls short of what God wants. My heart longs to be with the one I love. That cannot be said in any other spirituality…in my opinion spiritual disciplines are inferior to jealous desire.

Adoration comes when I sit at His feet and soak in His Presence. There is the danger of focusing on the practice rather than The Person. However, His Life in me is enough to draw me to Himself in worship and love. I think discipline and desire can be complementary.
