    Dear HASSAN and AAMNA,
My siblings always troll me that why do i watch these hour long reviews?
And after watching HABS REVIEW today i would like to tell everybody that this is the reason why i watch you guys because you always state your opinions in a very respectful manner. Growing up i have always seen arguments happening around me in a very violent/aggressive manner. The reason is that only few people around us know how to get their point across when making an argument or stating their point of view, be it an educated person or a less literate one. This a platform where i come every twice a week and after closing the review, i always end up learning something. The most important thing that i have learnt from you guys is how to handle a conversation if it starts going south. How to put your point across in a respectful way and not to degrade the next person's opinions.
    Thank you.
    Love JV.

@@sidrakafeel9160 I fathom both characters and they are right at their places as basit is a Restrained introvert and ayesha is an emotionally grounded girl and the collision of such opposite characters brings out the best ardency.
Their cohesion is different then other usual couple's shown in dramas and leaves you in awe whenever a romantic sequence of them come on screen.
Ayesha here is not at fault completely she did what she thought was right for that moment and basit also is not completely wrong in not apologising her suddenly and asking her to come home after all that happened between them was obnoxious so it will take time to mend things.

Ushna's performance in the phone call scene was indeed outstanding, and I kept wondering whether it was her idea to stage the scene that way or if the director had given her instructions. I'm very curious about the ideas that went into creating that scene. It was, in my opinion, her best scene on the show thus far. Feroz performed well in that scene by supporting her and portraying his emotions in a very subdued manner.

@@ZINDAGI-Dear You are correct but Ayesha being the mature woman she is, has to realize that her husband is an introvert and not very expressive, and due to his history he doesn't understand healthy relationship dynamics like when to apologize. To him the way he looks at her and tells her to spend time with him is enough for her to see that he loves her. She will have to learn to find love between the lines. Everything is not always out in the open. Speaking from experience lol. Btw, I haven't heard the review of Habs yet, commenting here first.

I have been watching SH since 2019, and this is the first time I have seen Aamna and Hassan having a heated conversation and for a moment I got scared 😂 Khair, both Aamna and Hassan are right in their individual places - as much as I loved the episode(s) because of the soft and yearning romance like Aamna, I too, like Hassan, felt frustrated on the lack of proper communication between the duo.
Habs is one drama that has me hooked, simply because of the chemistry between Basit and Ayesha - can’t wait to see them together and happily in love! ❤

Habs: completely agree with Hasan. Couldn't have said it better. Hasan touched all the points. Aisha despite knowing Basit's psychology kept on lying -
Nobody bothered to explain Basit about what was going on, he went to Ayesha, Fahad and banu yet no explanation. Funny thing is that in one of the episodes Ayesha's mother came to Basit to try to change his mind about divorce and didn't explain why Ayesha did not tell him the truth.
Aamna is a romantic so she's trying to make sense of Ayesha's behavior but Ayesha holds no ground. In all honesty Basit is on the hospital bed because of the stress and situation Ayesha has created. I hope the drama shows the importance of communication between couples and Ayesha realizes that she caused this storm in a tea cup because she pushed the whole hiding the reality game too far.

53:49 Hassan the issue is that human beings are very grey and can often show different and even juxtaposing emotions. Yes she was dragged outside the house, but when she’s feeding him the soup in the hospital, she remembers her promise towards her mother in law and sees a man who can’t even move his limbs. Afterwards, she storms off because she made an effort to fix things and she overheard them talking about the divorce papers. She makes an effort which is her step forward to make amends and when she overhears them it’s like basit is back pedaling when in reality he’s giving her the freedom to choose what she wants. Often in dramas we see extremely dragged and over dramatized miscommunication and misconceptions being made, case and point being the entirety of Mere Humsafar. It’s like watching two people communicate with their eyes and ears closed for selective purposes and it’s infuriating to watch as a viewer. Even in habs, it’s super frustrating that Fahad doesn’t reveal everything that happened when things started to get ugly. However, this is the one point where the miscommunication between basit and Ayesha was actually really believable and well executed. It warrants for the type of reactions we see from both sides because Ayesha overheard her husband talking about divorcing her. She didn’t hear the full story but now she’s confused and upset which makes sense

I’m completely with the Amna’s review. Basit needs to apologise as if he genuinely feels sorry. As Fahad said “teri zindagi, teri shadi, teri biwi”, Basit was saying sorry just to satisfy his needs. He says “you complete me Ayesha” but he didn’t think about them as a relationship, he only think about himself. Also the Cherry on the cake was when Basit says “you can come to meet us sometimes” like he’s doing ‘Ahsaan’ to Ayesha. So Ayesha’s self respect must stand in front of Basit’s ego.

Outstanding episodes of habs, pinjra and a great episode of meri shehzadi. I was impressed that I got to watch so many great dramas back to back. Habs is really setting the bar high for romantic dramas with two people denying their feelings for each other. Pinjra is really the drama that we all needed as it tackles the issue of raising children in todays day and age. Every single thing they showed in these two episodes were shockingly accurate. Meri Shehzadi was also a treat to watch especially after the twist and very aesthetically pleasing shots. And of course, my favourite right now, bakhtawar was also wonderful this week especially because you don’t expect there to be an acid attack. Unlike fraud, the trailer doesn’t reveal everything that’s going to happen so you could never expect something like this to happen. It was a bold and interesting move and it worked really well with the story

There was a BTS content in Badshah Begum’s insta handle where theres a scene that apparently ‘didnt make it to the cut’. The scene looked like Shahzaib was saving a child from the fire that was set in one of the mureeds houses. And farhan actually gave multiple takes by getting in that house which was on fire. I dont know how can you waste a farhan saeed or a yasir hussain scene and rather give multiple scenes of ‘shouting fest 101’ and expect that people will see the drama. No doubt Badshah Begum is a different story than saas bahu but after that BTS scene it was pretty evident that the creators had no sense on what should actually go into the final take and what should not.
Kaisi teri khudgarzi’s double episode felt like a painfully slow filler movie which you can fast forward and see in 15 minutes lol

Great end, showing Zoya become a strong and independent girl.

I think there are 3 main reasons why a bad drama still gets so many views... glamor, chemistry, and a collective addiction to misery, toxic patterns, and cycles of breakup and makeup. This might be controversial but Pakistani awam is very addicted to unhealthy relationship dynamics and they like it in dramas.

Very soon they will confess their love for each other just waiting for those moments to come.. Yes but basit should have hold her hand & should have said sorry to her.. Hassan was right when he said nobody knows him better than Ayesha and yet she doesn’t understand that his actions stem from trauma. He might have not apologised in words but actions speak louder than words and every step of the way he’s proven that he’s regretful. But she’s stupid and she’s being unfair.

    • @ritizasentertainmentchanne9622
      @ritizasentertainmentchanne9622 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Exactly. Not only that. Hassan only meant that that female character had been illogical. His point is not that who shall apologise, his point is that, that if the wife was not willing to forgive and forget, why she would pamper her husband in hospital. As longer he needed care. Ok. She did for the sake of humanity and the relationship they shared. But when he was out of need, she was not even supposed to be there in hosp for him. Bringing flowers and feeding soup. It gives the different message that she has forgotten. After giving that impression and going over board in looking after her husband, she suddenly remembers oh wait. He has not apologised. I can’t forgive him. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is not about the husband and wife relationship or who did wrong and how far. It is just the poor writing. Poor storytelling and poor character building. This lack of logic and maturity in the writer has messed up all the scenes and nature of the characters. Thats what Hassan meant but Amna always gets triggered whenever she hears man vs woman. 😒

Like it's not something new it's just a story of a couple who collides because of circumstances sabotaging the normal idea of marriage of convince troops . The main attraction is the naunces and style of direction done effortlessly making it euphoric for the audience. Laudation to the whole team of habs 💟

Ayesha and basit both have a bit of ego and hesitation abt confessing what they feel abt each other. They want each other but also dont want to seem desperate. But its a beautiful and subtle way of showing emotions and how things work irl apart from the cliche drama romance ki mai tumhare begair mar jaunga/jaungi.

Chauraha: Was refreshing to see a drama ending without marriage. Sane, realistic ending, no forced romance and marriage with the perpetrator. The girl becomes independent and is happy, also finds someone.😊The mother is settled too. A good message about social media at the end. I lost interest in the drama half way through, but all is well that ends well. Could have shortened it for impact, though.

Habs: Ushna and Feroze’s emotional chemistry is damn good. Dialogues and expressions in the last two episodes were extremely impressive. This drama is based on emotions, and both actors played their roles incredibly unique ways. I agree with both of you in some way. With Aamana on that way, these were the episodes in which both the actors showed their love but were failing to express it. On Hassan, Basit said clearly to Ayesha, ke woh uskey Bina adhoora hai and asked her to come home. Her ‘gussa’ is genuine, but she is showing her love by feeding him soup, bringing flowers and staying all night in the hospital to take care of him. She knows his background then Why is she not giving a single thought to his offerings? Also, if Basit wants her back in his house, why is he talking about divorce papers and providing an apartment to her? The apartment papers dialogue was the stupidest dialogue. The writer should have thought of some more creative things instead of useless apartment papers. Also if Ayesha agrees to Basit's offering so easily, how would we see the next 7-8 episodes? We do not want the end of the drama at this point. We are enjoying this drama, and we need more episodes of Habs. We want to watch ‘Feroze N Ushna’ more and more in episodes for their love chemistry.
KTK: Baby Sher’s scene of throwing water on that man was so great. Loved that.

A brilliant discussion today of Has!! Love the conversation. I think that Basit should have apologized no matter what, he never clearly apologized, and a simple sorry could have been enough for Ayesha to go with him, because she wanted to go, but he never said sorry. He said he wanted her to come and he said that you can visit us sometime. Adding to this, if he felt that Ayesha had no fault in the entire matter of her sister running away and getting married, he could have said to Ayesha that she should have come to him regardless. Well, the script is slightly flawed, as we are seeing Basit thinking from one perspective only. He talked to the lawyer about getting a divorce and the way he asked her to leave when she had just entered was very disappointing. On Ayesha's part, her effort at the hospital of wiping every drop sticking to his beard was an indication for Basit that she had forgiven him, maybe that's why he never clearly apologized. I understand Hassan's point, but I stand with Amna, that it was riddling for any woman, especially being his wife to be dragged out of the house like she was.

Both r correct to some extant but human behaviours r so complicated n have so many layers of past incidents ,brought up environment , type of personality , sense of judgement n power of making right decisions at the right time, tolerance n ability to forgive n forget . so human behaviours r not simple at all but some things should b very clear, that in any situation ,males should not take the advantage of their physical superiority , this strength should b utilize for the protection n care of their family members not for their humiliation .

#teamHasan here on Habs, they are both being extremely silly, but I thought Ayesha was more mature so had more expectations, she knows his trigger points knowing the history with his mother, yet she lies and then plays victim not giving an explanation for her not being honest with him. A perfect time now to have an open honest conversation about trust. A man who can humiliate his mother publicly, is a big red flag, Ayesha needs to make a decision, either cut free from such an angry and broken individual or at least have an honest open conversation about it. Otherwise it will go around in circles and that gets tedious.

That is the reason anger is haraam. Basit humiliated his wife in front of all the staff in his house just based on an assumption. Since Ayesha stood with him in all his tough times and he saw how loyal she was even to her greedy mom, he should have given her the benefit of doubt and trusted her. Even if he believed that she was cheating on him, still he should have removed her from his life in a graceful manner. The way he did it was barbaric and nothing can justify that action. Very unpopular opinion about Habs-
I don't think Basit is in love with Ayesha rather it is his guilt and emotional and physical vulnerability that are pushing him towards her. His baggage is very big and my mind cannot digest the fact that suddenly he is in love with her after the accident. To me if felt like a loophole. It can be possible that after he gets well, his warmth towards Ayesha will be turned cold and the cycle of ignorence will continue again.
Of course this is a theory of mine. You too are entitled to have your own opinion. Also I am not making Basit as villain here, just giving you the example how human emotions work.

I liked hassan and aamna's argument on ayesha and basit apologizing. And I agree with hassan. As also aamna initially did that this entire (shak) plot was biased towards ayesha. Like, OK its understood basit has a trauma of unfaithful wives, but hiding for your carefree sisters reputation and staking your relationship is so bizarre and non sensical. However basit throwing her out is not justified. But on the broader picture they were very biased in showing fahad with his stupid ego of not Confronting basit
and so ayesha's. In the entire hospital sequence they showed basit at complete fault, whereas he isn't. They very cleverly didn't even made him raise this point. Just to show ayesha right. It's so impractical.
    No not fair at all.
Ayesha's ego is not making sense because the reason to hide the truth from basit was so stupid. All the valid points they added in this ep which aamna spoke of but,
First ayesha and fahad should have accepted their stupidity in hiding the truth from basit after that this debate would have been unbiased.

Habs: I agree with Amna - she isn't saying that Ayesha was right in withholding information from Basit, but that Ayesha's reluctance to come back home with Basit the moment he finds out the truth, without him categorically apologizing for the manner in which he threw her out of the house is also understandable. Just because something is understandable doesn't mean you endorse it; it's just that you can make sense of why is something happening the way it is happening. That said, I also agree with Hasan on the matter that 1) The truth came out too late, and 2) It's silly how Ayesha didn't acknowledge Zoya's running away when Basit says he's learnt the truth. Stil, Habs is the only drama I'm seeing these days, and will continue to do so bcs it's still v enjoyable. And you skipped the ketchup scene which has become a meme of sorts on the internet now!

i would like to mention that feroz is the finest actors we have and ushana is so underrated... i believe she is such a fine actress... the entire game is about the expressions and habs is all about that... amazing direction, soothing background music and great performances... feroz just reminded me of his performance in gul e rana...ge was amazing in gul e rana and he still is... we can clearly see that in habs... i want to see these 2 in another project aswell but with the same director...

Habs: NOTHING can justify a man dragging his wife violently in front of all the house help and throwing her out of the house. Ayesha’s mistake in comparison is very small, she hid the truth, she didn’t even cheat on him. I agree with Aamna, Basit didn’t really apologize. Maybe he will, maybe he is giving the apartment as a gift to her 🤷‍♀️

In Habs both are in fault. First of all Ayesha shouldn’t had lied to him but that doesn’t given right to Basit to dragged her and throw her out of the house. I think as much Ayesha needs to apologize even Basit needs to do so. Now when Basit knows the truth why he is talking to lawyer about the divorce?

Is it only me or bakhtawar's acid attack without prior warning was disturbing to watch.? I was in shock of what was going on and how casually they were showing something that's just terrible. Disappointed.

Loved Hassan's " hain sharartion", spot on expressions. Also, Hab's conversation was brilliant, totally understand both versions but agreed with Amina. If they go by book, or with Hassan's point of view, then there would be no story left, we need to ignore few to get some new perspectives and layers of feelings. Love both of you!

I have a concern that why all the drama makers are on the verge of showing how a girl’s life is destroyed
WTH all of them are writing like we are living in 1980s . They all need to learn that we are living in 2022 and we should show how a girl prospers in her life we should show how a girl overcomes all her fears and we should give a lesson to people nowadays to be proud of their daughters. In my family I have 5 nieces and their grandmother always worries about them and these dramas are also giving a depressing impact why first angna drama was the worst drama for parents who have daughters then fraud and now another drama is coming which is betiyan

Great discussion on Habs guys 👏… however I completely agree with Amna here … Basit never apologised for his behaviour instead he is trying to get her back into his life because he is now feeling undeniable love for her. But respect comes foremost even before love so he must first learn to give all due respect to Ayesha. The funny thing about your discussion was I had the same kind of discussion (aka argument) with my hubby on this latest episode of Habs so my husband agrees with Hassan for sure 😁😁 but I’m standing with each n every words said by Amna 🙋🏻‍♀️

Chauraha is so far the only Pakistani drama who manage to do better than others but something was lacking in the entire drama. More like jaan nhi thi drama main but storyline was amazing as well as acting and the best messages were given.

Amna’s review on Habs is again spot on. Basit got to know about the reality yet he wasn’t guilty AT ALL and then blatantly said main nhn kahon ga k I’m sorry. Bhi explain kr kyun nhn kahay ga? And that’s so correct, Ayesha absolutely doesn’t think herself worthy of him because in past he had given these signs that he doesn’t like her family.

Habs: i totally agree with Hassan. And no doubt acting was on point. Loved the both episodes.
