From my previoous Army experience, I would much rather have a medic with knowledge and experience than a medic with a raft of certificates. Experience means much more to the person loosing bodily fluids rather than someone who comes waving all the certificates!
True and I’ve been in situations where not even rank was important in a medical emergency. It was always based on experience to save the life or perform the procedure.
