- Product Counting with Image Processing is a high performance and success rate product counting and analysis system that has been developed with artitical intelligence and intelligent image processing algorithms and works in real time. It enable to follow the production process and verify the production amount by counting the products passing over the band quickly and effectively.
The common used manual counting process is a demanding one. It is quite prone to human errors and deviations from distraction.
The counting camera is placed on the tape, it does not need any other hardware components.
Optional with the system;
· All kinds of data related to the system are recorded, reported and backed up.
· The data obtained by the counting camera which is monitored instantly.
· Production reporting can be made on a shift basis daily, weekly, annually, between two dates.
· Hourly/ Minute production rate can be monitored during each shift.
· Reports can be exported to file in Excel format.
· Reports are accessed over the network.
