Here is Mac OS X Catalina in ZIP file, unzip and with Install Disk Creator in Mac OS, with this app you can create your installer.
Update: I uploaded the zip to torrent, I think it will be easier to download it from there without the limitations of MEGA. In MEGA only the torrent file.
