From the video showing Noel playing this tune in studio, it seems the first chord is different - something like a G shape but on the 1st or 2nd fret. Also, there is and additional chord after the A of the chorus. When you can, maybe have a look :)

It sounds mega and dreamy like this tho. Yeh he has a good vocal but why not embellish it ? Sounds brilliant. Don’t get why allot of people like to hear a dry vocal. Reverb blends into the guitar and makes it a song.
reverb is great but there's too much of a distant effect on the vocal on this, when you hear reverb used normally it doesn't sound like they're singing through a glass wall/underwater like it does here@@HGVAnt
