I feel like committing suicide! i suffer from depression and anxiety and my depression had came back bc of some family shit like 2 months ago, but it’s still here because a month of when i was depressed i stopped doing ALL of my work and was ill. so when i finally thought i was getting better i felt worse because i was left with stacked assignments.. then i checked my weight and i lost 14 pounds and i’ve always been pretty skinny (5’0 113 lbs). but now i’m 95-98! i’ve been crying and suffering with the struggle of my grades and trying to keep up with my mental health and it’s just tearing me down so fucking much bruh. and what’s crazy is i’m supposed to be having a christmas break, A CHRISTMAS BREAK for my school! but nah they gave us 2 packets and i have to do a 3 paper project and 7 assignments in different other classes.. this shit is killing me and i’m about to email i need a damn break for fucks sake.

Both of my parents died three years ago and I remember I was just in 6th grade adopted, hoping I would be able to see them healthy off of drugs out of jail but I got news of their passing. I must have cried for over three hours, to this day I miss them and I will always but they are in a better place now, praise God. I hope to the 1% of people reading this that you become successful and have a great day. Suicide crosses my mind every day but I just can not do it because even though the thought of it is strong I know I have a much better life than a lot of people and that it is selfish to complain about my life being bad and I just get up every day and deal with it and push through those hard days.

If it is to feel better how are you feeling better by hurting your body, give them alternatives. You want to go on a run or take a little walk with me. Show this video to them: www.youtube.com/watch?v=- Do not be afraid to ask them questions like do you know what you are putting into your body? You are making yourself die quicker. Encourage them and give them confidence, they can do it I am right behind you. You got this, you are not alone. They might go through a withdrawal but make sure to get them to a rehab center. And make sure if they are clean for a couple of months that they are not introduced to it again because if they are they could die. If you need anything else just tell me. Have a great day.

I’m a mom and I guarantee you it was not because of you at all. I struggle badly with depression but I can tell you I LOVE MY SON more than I can even explain. I am only 35 in extreme pain everyday it makes me insane, my dad was abusive and left my mom when I was 3 with 3 young kids she was so young she started making a lot of bad choices and got on drugs as until I was about 12. We were robbed because she let people sell drugs out of our home because they would give her drugs in exchange. I was picked up by the police from school because my mom went to jail. I was taken and put in foster care, she got us back but I blamed her for everything until I got older and realized the crap she was dealing with married off at 16 had 3 kids 2 only a year apart. She was not treated right as a child, she was beat half to death regularly by her husband my father while her children watched. She was married to a man way to young at 16. She made so many mistakes but I do not doubt that she loved us all. Your mom made a mistake using those drugs and the drugs took her life unfortunately the person who suffered the most is you but please don’t think its because of you. I bet your mom would be so proud of you and so sorry for putting you through all the pain.
Life is a gift. You have to take advantage of it. No matter what you are going through, you are NOT alone. Everyone has a mountain to climb, some higher than others. But the higher you climb, the stronger you'll be. You CAN conquer it! you WILL conquer it! Through warm and cold, good and bad you have to keep your head held high. Don't let others drag you down. Words aren't supposed to hurt so don't let them. Take control of the situation. Don't bury the sadness because it will only hit you twice as hard in the future. It's human nature for us to hold onto things that are bad for us but sometimes you have to just let go of all the pain and move on. Letting go is hard but you can do it, I know you can. You are strong stronger than you think. People make mistakes, but it's those mistakes which point you in the right direction. It teaches you a lesson that will change your life. Everyone has the right to a happy life. Especially you. When you're writing that letter, your last words. Just stop for a minute and think about who you are leaving behind. You may not see it but as soon as you're gone, everyone will miss you. The ones who bullied you, will blame themselves, your parents that treated you wrongly, will blame themselves. In reality it's everyone elses fault but yours. There are people out there that will care for you; you just have to find them on your journey. When you think you haven't got anyone to care for you, you are wrong because I'll be here through thick and thin, forever and always. One day you will see the light at the end of the tunnel. You just have to travel in the right direction and self harm or suicide is never the answer. Stay strong and don't lose faith even if it feels like your world is falling apart. my mom died when i was 3 years old from an over dose. sometimes i ask myself if she did it because of me or if she was suffering and she tried to tell people but no body would listen. i miss her and i think about her everyday.....r.i.p......
I’m a mom and I guarantee you it was not because of you at all. I struggle badly with depression but I can tell you I LOVE MY SON more than I can even explain. I am only 35 in extreme pain everyday it makes me insane, my dad was abusive and left my mom when I was 3 with 3 young kids she was so young she started making a lot of bad choices and got on drugs as until I was about 12. We were robbed because she let people sell drugs out of our home because they would give her drugs in exchange. I was picked up by the police from school because my mom went to jail. I was taken and put in foster care, she got us back but I blamed her for everything until I got older and realized the crap she was dealing with married off at 16 had 3 kids 2 only a year apart. She was not treated right as a child, she was beat half to death regularly by her husband my father while her children watched. She was married to a man way to young at 16. She made so many mistakes but I do not doubt that she loved us all. Your mom made a mistake using those drugs and the drugs took her life unfortunately the person who suffered the most is you but please don’t think its because of you. I bet your mom would be so proud of you and so sorry for putting you through all the pain.

When you're writing that letter, your last words. Just stop for a minute and think about who you are leaving behind. You may not see it but as soon as you're gone, everyone will miss you. The ones who bullied you, will blame themselves, your parents that treated you wrongly, will blame themselves. In reality it's everyone elses fault but yours. There are people out there that will care for you; you just have to find them on your journey. When you think you haven't got anyone to care for you, you are wrong because I'll be here through thick and thin, forever and always.
One day you will see the light at the end of the tunnel. You just have to travel in the right direction and self harm or suicide is never the answer. Stay strong and don't lose faith even if it feels like your world is falling apart. Those broke pieces of your heart can be fixed and they will be fixed. Just give it time and your happiness will come and find you when you least expect it. Help that fake smile become real. Your life is precious. Don't sacrifice it.

I lost 3 friends within a 4 year time span. 1 was trying to protect his mom from his abusive step dad. His step dad grabbed a baseball bat and beat Him and his mom to death. Another one was shot and another one died in a car accident. I know how you feel 😞 sometimes I think about committing suicide
