Missed you by a day I was there Thursday. If you get a rod tube while fishing it can be fixed to the tripod and prebaited rig can be dropped.down ready for use and away from hungry dogs
What a fantastic idea .. my spare hook links are normally inside my side tray with its flip up lid. Your idea makes a lot of sense. Thanks for watching 👍
Great video, thanks. The exposed concrete you see is not so much the old sea wall rather its old WW2 coastal defences. Put there to defend beach landings and to protect HMS Europa.
Hi Dave, thank you for your , tips, venue details, always valuable, and appreciated, quite a distance for me to get to a beach, to wet a line , am in Hertfordshire, lucky to have a boat in Eastbourne Marina, if unable to get out on the boat , I have some great beach marks to fish, last trip on the boat , we had a nice mixed bag, 2 codling, and some lovely black bream , wishing you and your family a healthy and happy Christmas and New year, Graham
Thanks Graham. Glad it's of some entertainment. I visit Eastbourne (Pevensey Bay) every October and often fish the beaches in the area. We also enjoy a lovely walk around the Marina and have coffee. Some lovely boats on there too 👍
Nice watchin your videos..i live in norwich but always nice to see some beaches that i have never visited...or fished...what rods/reels are you using there?
Thanks for watching. Yes the initial idea was to give people information on beaches etc that they are not familiar with. The rods are Anyfish Anywhere Tournament pro mk2s and I was using my old Daiwa Millionaires that day. A lot of anglers use 'fast' fixed spools on there to help with the retrieve 👍
Yes always the same from November onwards once those Whiting turn up. However, there's always a chance of a miracle and that's while we carry ... Roll on the spring tho 😉
Thanks for watching and the info. I've not actually fished that lower level but have always been told it's snaggy. I'll maybe get back there at some point and give it a go 👍

Thanks for the info. I've always been told it's an old sea wall.. It does make sense though. I shall add that to my description if that's ok 👍

Someone had a decent size cod in that spot a couple of weeks ago. Prefer tramps ally though.😊😊
Yes that wall throws up quite a few at various times, Night and day.
