Thank you so much. Brilliant, clear video! I wish my installers had explained things so clearly.👍

Great video, very helpful. I have just had a Heat Pump installed. I have a question relating to setpoint modes, in the ONECTA app my climate control (main heating) is set as weather dependent and the hot water is set as fixed. Should this be set to weather dependent like the main heating?

Thanks so much for the video; it was super helpful. Can you confirm for me that the dark blue means it's in "STOP" mode? The manual says that darker colors mean the hottest temperature, which fights with what we see here.

Would it be possible to show us to change modes say from schedule to reheat? ... Can't figure it out on mine.

I will have a heat pump installation by CB heating soon, but a bit confused by the tank temp. Once it is heated to a certain temp, does it hold the water warm for a few hours so that I can use the hot water throughout the day? Or do I need to presume what time I will have a bath and set the water tank temp accordingly? Please advise, thanks.

If you don't already have your answer: your tank (assuming it is a modern tank!) will hold temperature for a long time. My tank, a Daikin, loses about 2 degrees each 24 hrs. Remember that you only need your hot water set to a maximum of around 48 degrees as most of the time you mix it with cold water for a shower etc, and you only need to run a legionella cycle once a week (heats to 60 degrees). I have my legionella cycle run on a Monday morning, and we (there are 2 of us in the house) do not need to re-heat water until Wednesday morning.
If you have off-peak electricity at a cheaper rate, make sure you program your hot water heating during this time period.

The ‘Room’ option doesn’t show on my menu. Why would that be?

Same for me... No room option available, not sure how to access it

Im guessing you have a 3rd party room thermostat, not a daikin room thermostat, that's probably why

@@Lee-yt1de That makes sense as we have 3rd party thermostats
