I hope you solved it. If not, it's the little button to the right on top. You adjust it with the small wheel just in front of the button. I usually use Av-mode.
It's in "drive", so press the 2nd button up top labeled AF Drive and turn the back wheel one click to the right,.clockwise. For each button it controls two things - the right one is controlled by the wheel on top, the 2nd by the wheel on the back (with the set button).

Found a Canon 40D Camera at local Goodwill for $5! No battery, memory card or lense though.
So just a screen and some buttons

@@EddieLeal i bet it works if you get a battery for it. i think the battery it uses is common to several canon camera models. BP511 i think it is.

My camera Canon D 40. But no matter what I did, I couldn't prevent the overexposure (burst of light). What is the solution ?
check your iso set it to auto if you havent already
I am going crazy trying to find ISO 100, no matter what mode "M", AV or TV I can not seem to bring up 100 ISO.

You have to be shure that C.Fn II in the Highlight tone priority is Disabled in order to get ISO 100 again.
