I've been playing the game for just a year or two, and new to the competitions and forums. This video popped up in my TH-cam list and I recognized the name - I had to check this out! :) Fun old bugs I haven't seen, cool other vids. I know I've entertained myself more than once while waiting in a stand by watching bobcats act like, well, just regular cats- jumping in the air and slapping paws like they're trying to catch a bird or bug, or slapping on the ground like they found a mouse, and then play around with it... :)
On the old system (pre-multiplyer June 2013) it was possible to find spawn points that were reused every time to retired to a lodge. You could then do the lodge retires indefinitely. No waiting time back then. This particular spawn point was right near the lodge and when retiring and walking towards that spot, the elk would spawn in with some delay. That was the only way to see them spawn.
@@S1343THC it was dead before f2p update, then from update for like 2 months it was alive like never before coz there was very big hype for f2p and now again its dying, you can feel it and even you can easy see it on statistics
Hoocairs the legend of THC :) .. queries is there any guide on the wiki or forum of THC on how to set the sight and sight sensitivity of the mouse for shooting deer and another for birds? thank you
No such guide on the Wiki and haven't seen one on the forum. When in game, go to the options. There are two sliders, one for aim sensitivity (for glassing and shooting) and one for mouse sensitivity (for moving around).
hi i know this has nothing to do with the video but can you still tell me if you know how i can refill the tank in the car when it is empty? but still very cool video
Refilling was badly designed, and now it is broken, at least for me. The car does not refill even when returning to the lodge. To fix it I have to purchase more gas while in game of which I already have plenty of. Or I have to restart the session.
Did they ever fix the animals under the ice on whiterime? I stopped hunting there because of that and the insane snow glare. Otherwise I would probably hunt more there.
Sorry, but Call of the Wild is an arcade style COD game that appeals to little kids with no patience, and a desire to shoot every animal in sight and have all of their trophies handed to them. The game peaks at just under 1000 players every day. Shut up with this "classic is dead" shit.
@Rock Sure, game is shit, but the community is alive. Those don't go together at all! The community being the game, is still very much fine. Saying the game is dead is saying that nobody plays it, it's a ghost town. It's not. Many of the freaking out people are overreacting. So we haven't had sales in a week, that's not a big deal. I'm not gonna argue about whatever that means. Dead game, dead community, whatever. Don't read too much into the COTW comment. It doesn't mean anything. That was me being a smartass. Nice metaphor though.
@Rock The Forum is a stupid place to pick for an example. Those are literally for the grumpy old men who only know those. The "community" isn't souly based on the Forum. It's around the people who play the game. The multiplayers, the Discord servers, all of that shit. If you're so pissy about the dying game, why are you following it still on this channel? Can't be so dead that it's not grabbing your attention.

I've never seen elk spawn, but I have seen a moose spawn.

@Carbon I can also say that COTW is pure shit compared to classic. Also classic actually requires skill and classic is much more realistic.

14:02 so that basically confirms that animals spawn while you are out there roaming instead of only when you load a hunt?
That was before June 2013. You could fast travel to a lodge at any time and animals would respawn in the same area as before.
