I require a admixture which can reduce or eliminate the long curing process, quick demolding and very early strength. I use huge water tank for completely immersing the pipes for curing for 20 days. Also suggest a mix design.

Dear Jaitley sir, Thankyou so much for your support and guidance through your TH-cam videos. We are using Set and Shine chemical to make 40MPa paver blocks of 90mm thickness of size 8*4(inches). We are following 1:2:4 ratio as suggested in your video. Issue is test result is not more than 26MPa after 14days. Please kindly guide us to improve as we are in production presently and can cause financial loss in business.
My understanding to get 40 mpa was to run a mix of 4 gravel, 3 washed concrete sand, 2 cement and 1 water. The gravel needs to be 1.6 mm to 5 - 7 mm, with all of the fines removed. At this time, you are using a 1 cement to 6 other parts ratio; this is why you are getting lower strength. The ratio that I am using is 2 cement to 7 other parts ratio; which equals a 3.5 sand / gravel to 1 cement. Oh, I am also using sun dried sand in my mix, and weighing down to 10 grams per mix. By using dried sand, this reduces the amount of moisture in the mix, as excess moisture is a destroyer of concrete strength. This applies to the gravel, sand, cement and water. I have not gotten around to using admixtures as yet, but am looking at alternatives for waterproofing and elasticity. My mixes are being done as dry mix, strip the mould and reuse immediately. You can do wet mix, but this means that you need a heap of moulds to make your products. There are channels on TH-cam that show the means of dry mix; look for egg block machines as an idea. Compressed Stabilised Earth Brick (CSEB) also use a dry mix for production; they are pressed then watered for 14 to 35 days, depending on who is making them and where they are. My aim for the strength test is to achieve 40 mpa after 7 days, and another 15 or 20% at 28 days. Strength test also depends on how the test is performed! Don't do what one "expert" done - Jack with pressure gauge, 50 mm wide steel U beam, and brick hanging out each end! The test is meant to be done with the load fully spread across the whole item being tested, and to be done on flat surfaces on both sides!!! This will give a true indication of the strength of the item being tested. According to "Men At Work", I come from a land Down Under! Go the boxing kangaroo!!!
