This is not the correct method.This MSG shows because some one has hacked your device.May be it is a app that you recently installed like any MOD apps ...so please check for any unusual apps that installed on your phone through settings..Uninstall MOD apps and also disable background data for unused apps.If you do like above vedio your sensitive contents like photos vedios,passwords all are hacked by hacker ..so be alert ...it's not a joke...
