Would love to see a full video on each, but more so on Synthflow and Vapi as those are the two I am considering, for my Agency. One thing I like is the devs are willing to assist with build/integration at Synthflow into my custom CRM on HL with full Whitelabel. What would be interesting is a deep dive into the actual cost as one user mentioned Vapi being $0.30+ per minute while it says as low as ~$0.10/min on one setup... I do like that Synthflow has a set block of usage minutes such as 6,000 which you can allocate to lower tiers (subaccounts)... Another thing I did like about Synthflow was the ability to even set up a full inbound IVR system with several Voice Assistants (ie; departments) that can route calls and speak to specific topics/features/etc... which you set... Still Playing with Vapi... Ran some numbers... just now. Vapi "may" come in slightly lower monthly around $200 or so less, *BUT* a big question is the "Whitelabel" interface and integration which Synthflow offers me, direct connect inside HL, and dev support... this is important for things like clients ability to customize voice assistant, call delas, IVR and more inside my brand. IDK if Vapi has that at present unless you go to Enterprise level...?
I'd say that Vapi is a great platform for developers and integrating using an API. And Synthflow is a better platform for beginners and new agencies to use their White-label feature.
I'd live to see a build and video for outbound sales calls. Cold calls to an admin gatekeeper and design with the intent to make contact with a specific relevant person as the goal. Acquire that person's email and or phone number.
Is it possible to do a cost breakdown? Is it possible to use a revoicer instead of eleven labs. instead of zapper, can I use konnectiz. What about phone numbers and its cost. Would like to work out the final pricing.

I believe they can but it requires more of a setup process than Synthflow. So if you have the time to invest in building it, can help save costs in the long run.

I do understand that the amount of code to connect the API calls from the openAI LLM and the TTS module with the phone hosting platform is not much, but I am more concerned with the quality/ability to use RAG and fine-tune the model. Though I guess people say to just use prompting instead of fine-tuning. If they provide these things I suppose it just comes down to the service fees, while the API call costs I listed would come out to something like 14 cents per five minute call counting input and output.
After watching this video it seems as if out of the three, Vapi come out on top hitting every category either the best or second to the best. I think you mentioned it in the video but do you prefer Vapi over Synthflow and Bland AI? I am deciding which software to start diving into and would appreciate someone else's opinion.

That'd be interesting, at the very least we can capture the relevant persons contact information and store that in a list.
Please do an extensive review where you talk about the phone number from different countries as well as changes in phone numbers to do outbound calls

They dont really require much code, most of the work in building is done through prompting. Vapi also has GPT-4o integrated.

Vapi is more of a developer platform, you can use Airtable or Google Sheets as a sort of front end however.
@brendanautomation I do love the stuff. I wish there was a frontend we can customize and thus push to end user as well.
