- Join us as we spend an afternoon in the wonderful seaside town of Skegness in Lincolnshire
It is a shame that Skegness or Skeg Vegas as it’s also known as always seems to get rated one of the worst seaside towns in the UK
We love it here, there’s so many attractions and things to do and I didn’t show everything in the video, we popped in the seasonal Vintage Funfair and much more
Skeggy as the locals call it was very busy during our visit and we managed to have a nice walk around and also went on the awesome electric boats which were a bargain

Great vlog as ever, I'm with you on this one, love Skegness, love the area love the people great just for the day or a week. If you look hard enough you can find fault in any town or city, so ignore all the polls and do as Andy does go visit different places make your own mind up... You maybe surprised at what the UK has to offer. Keep vlogging mate and of course more power to your tokens Morecombe boy 😁
I was gutted they got rid of Pandas Palace. It was a great childhood memory for me and I wanted to show my little one it.

Skegness looks so good. I would love to go there.. it was rated worst seaside resort... I can't see it. It looks brilliant....❤️😊
For attractions and things to do it’s one of the best UK seaside towns, for a place to live and work maybe not

Nothing wrong with a good moan Andy. Such a shame regarding Morecambe didn’t help when the Thompson family shut down Frontier land.
Morecambe is a dump, such a shame !! There’s weeds a metre high growing out of the pavements and not been done because the council can’t afford to pay anyone to get rid of them, such a joke
It’s certainly not a seaside tourist hotspot. Quite agree it’s sadly a dump now. The only positive is looking across the bay on a clear day.

Skeggy and fantasy island is just the place to be and slap bang in the middle you have Butlins 😊

I live 10mins away from Skegness. It's not bad town. There are things to do outside Skegness aswell like the Radcliffe donkey sanctuary and grandma's co pudding etc. Owl cafe is the best in town. My dad used to work in arcades in Skegness and pleasure Island. My mum a nurse in Boston hospital and my sister is a vet. There plenty of garden centres outside Skegness etc.
I was born at Boston Pilgrim hospital in 1979 and I’ve always had a soft spot for Skeggy
