I think what goes hand in hand with this concept of balance is *emotional regulation*. If we build up our mindfulness skill, we can sense when we are becoming dysregulated and come back to center. An overall balance comes from small moments of maintaining our balance and staying within that window of tolerance. Thank you for another great video. Just gave you $10 didn't know I could edit and tell you how much you have helped me find out the remaining parts that psychedelics didn't explain! I like the Christian parts too because they confirm psychedelics most likely gave Jesus and Moses their visions and mushrooms ARE consciousness aka God!
What about going to the bathroom and sitting there for a while with closed eyes or in bath, or stopping by in the park on the way from home and excersising mindfulness? Just stop by for 10-15 minutes and just be where you are and observe without judging, just watch your breath, watch and be. That's also alone time that may help.
@jolaola1987 someone will need to use the bathroom or they'll question why I'm in there so long we don't have enough hot water for me to shower every day, it's like no matter where I go someone is either there or someone shows up or I get asked to do somthing for someone.
Get up 15 minutes earlier than anyone else and find somewhere you can sit quietly or go for a walk. If you can’t make this happen your problem is not with time its with confidence, assertiveness, boundaries or priorities.
