But how do you know that the wild colored one is a het? With both parents being het. Isn’t it so you can only know for sure if it’s het when do produced albino or have a albino parent.

I've never seen your channel but aren't you breeding stingrays that aren't normal. Stingrays get very big and they may look cute now but an owner would have to have a large tank. If these get into the wild It could dispute the spices in the world . I think your making money of unnatural fish. I smell greed. You dont even have room for the ones your breeding. And the tanks you have the babies in look filthy.

(Plus no one would be silly enough to release an expensive fish to the wild) - many fish varieties are unnatural, and many make money breeding fish. Its how people get the fish in the first place? - the cages aren't filthy, and anyone with basic aquarium knowledge would be able to see that it is algae growth, while unsightly, isn't harmful - and could be regarded as beneficial, since it removes waste from the water and increase O2 due to photosynthesis... of course, photosynthesis is moot since the channel has very high water agitation.

25% from each pup
So statistically speaking, in a group of four you have around a 1/24 chance for all to be albino. (for 5 pups, all albino is around 1/120 chance)

Ray's will attack their young especially when there are multiple males and females in the tank. This is a normal thing in fish keeping.
