Is there a plan on showing running strength training you do? I'm really interested. Personally I don't do more hydration before training (I care about hydration on everyday basis, cause it is a part of my diet- 3-3,5 l of fluids per day). I care about hydration during training, if I plan it to take more then 30' in summer or more then 1h15' in winter- I take water with me. Before a race or a long running trip I worry more about sodium then about water. I start a high sodium (kitchen salt) diet around 10 days or even 14 days before. If my sodium amount (not blood concentration, but reserve in intercellular fluid) goes up and I just stay hydrated as usual, my water reserve will go up as well. See US sport medicine guidelines 2021 (I think, or something like that) for more info. Before a run or training I check If I have something to eat and drink after it. I also double -check if I have a way to enter my apartment or car (key with me or my wife promise, she will wait for me, like she sometimes did not 🚪).runing

Thanks, that is interesting. I am not sure if I will do a specific strength video, as there are much better sources already available.
