I had no expectations for Devotion and because of that I was able to really enjoy it. To me it's a light version of Xerjoff's Lira
With devotion i hated it when I sprayed on my skin, after a couple of minutes on the dry down smells like a lemon vanilla ice cream to me. I couldn’t stop smelling my arm. Don’t like the opening, but once it’s on you skin for a couple of minutes starts to smell gorgeous, edibles and sexy.
I love devotion it’s so soft and sweet and I believe the vanilla is going to get even deeper. If you love, sweet scents you would love this perfume and it last.❤❤
I appreciate your honest review. Alot of reviewers here on YT are very biased because they get pr and they act like they love every scent which is very discouraging because they are obviously lying 🤥 everyone has a scent profile they love or one they hate
I liked Devotion! I found it creamy rather than bitter but its always nice to hear different opinions!

It’s definitely interesting. I personally am not the biggest fan. This is probably the first vanilla perfume I did not fall head over heels for lol.
One thing is for sure… both bottles are gorgeous!!

I love La vie est Belle L’extrait!! It’s a unique scent for me. I will try layering it as well. I have devotion and it smells like a lemony cream popsicle lol. I love them. Nice video. ✨❤️

OMG! It's like you're reading my mind! Today I've been pondering which one of these two scents I'm blind-buying... as I like to surprise myself with this type of perfumey Russian roulette... Also, I have the original LVEB and the Soleil Crystal (my fave), and I also have the Intensement, which has quickly become my second fave and the one that gets the most compliments! Have you sniffed it yet? Awesome video by the way!
Love u Edgar for ur honest reviews & tysm for doing this for us...whenever I need honest review, I m always like let's go to Edgar....also hon need ur suggestion with Kayali vanilla royale sugared patchouli it's straight 50 percent off in my country ryt now ..as my taste is similar to urs in terms for scents so oud is a big no no...can't tolerate can u pls suggest should I go ahead with Kayali vanilla sugared patchouli
I liked the devotion, I only tried it once. It’s sweet and soft but idk if I should wait for devotion intense😅( I know they will release an intense version next year)😂

I had the same thoughts about Devotion, something in it just throws the entire fragrance off. It isn’t well blended in my opinion. I picked it up because people were saying it smelled like PDM Oriana and Kilian LDBS which I love but this smells nothing like either of them. Great review! ❤
I agree that Devotion was a letdown. The juice doesn't match the bottle

The video was very interesting and I liked it so much🎉 It is helpful to know which scents you don't recommend and why. And the recommendation of yours of a similar perfume was top🔝I think Devotian is Ok but a boring scent

Oud is not my favorite note either. I don't like it at all. Devotion reminds me of D&G la femme on the drydown. I wish longevity was better. Great video
I absolutely love devotion it is over price because it is pretty simple but the bottles gorgeous, and that smell and the top is candied orange.
I was super disappointed in Devotion as well! I expected something completely different! The citrus and vanilla dont mix well to me :/ love your aesthetic and reviews!❤
Yes same. This is the first vanilla scent I was not the biggest fan of.
Not sure I want to own devotion, though I like it. It does remind me of a scented candle smell. Also, the price is way too high for me, especially for a designer perfume. The bottle is a beauty

The original La Vie Est Belle is the Best!!! That is my main perfume and I feel all the other ones they come out with have a nicer bottle but just doesn’t measure up to the original. And I also agree about devotion also.

Hi I bought the Lancôme I like it cause I like our but it last only 3-4 hours on skin I will get to the stores and try devotion and see how it wears on my skin
Some people think devotion has abit of light blue DNA I don't know as I haven't seen it in shops to smell it
I kinda want to sample the key lime pie one
At first, I disliked Devotion, tried it again, and it became a love to me! The lemon reminds me of Kayali’s Utopia, which I adore (and also disliked at first sniff)
Your lipstick perfect matches with LBVI bottle.
I love the lancome bottle....I smelled it twice and didn't like it. I didn't know the notes at the time but in my head I was like this must have oud cus its strong and stinks to me....I never did look up the notes, cus it was a straight up NOPE 😂🥴.....I can't do oud in perfume....candles with oud tho yes!!!!
Devotion was an instant nope for me. It didn't stink, I just didn't like it on me!

This scent profile has been done already dry down smells like amo ferragamo and mont blanc signature
I will pass on anything with oud. I have not yet found any oud perfume that I like but the bottle is gorgeous for sure.
Loved Devotion. It’s the lemon version of love don’t be shy.
Are you going to try any of new Kayali fragrances? They are oud-based, but I’ve heard that Vanilla and Cafe should be sweet and soft.
I been thinking about it. Not sure since this is targeted for oud lovers.
I have original la vie belle still full I will use it but I don't want repurchase again and I don't like dolce gabbana smell like body odor
Lool I smelt this 3 times in store and sent the one I brought back because I could smell any oud 😂 think I will just use one of my other La vie est bells and mix it with and oud perfume, it’s not worth the money
I was tempted to get devotion...but after seeing all the reviews...im gonna pass! Most Dolce&Gabbana fragrances dont works for me anyways .. so I'll resist temptation 😅😅

Devotion was a let down for me too. I dont smell any limón, i wish i did. I smell Orange not limon. I would love if it smelled like limón cake. I agree soft and doesnt last

Does the la vie est belle lextrait smell masculine or feminine? That’s why I’m afraid of oud because it can lean masculine.
Neither, I am a woman and when I sprayed that on I felt like to be a tree🌳

I don’t think it’s masculine per say. It is still sweet so I would say it is more on the feminine side BUT I honestly think this could have easily been a unisex scent for sure.
I just blind bought ambrosia imperial said to small caramel banana, but when I spray it on, I feel like a tree perfect description, love trees but but I don’t want to smell like one😢
It’s amazing that all these perfumes are over $100 and most of them are nothing to rave about! Like you I have so many perfumes but my husband love the cheapie fragrance Tabu on me the best! That’s only $20 go figure???? And it lasts the longest on me too! At the moment what’s your favorite perfume?

The extrait is super basic, so generic, all iris and rose, there is no oud, no spice in this lol.
I've never tasted keeline pie.😀🥮 I'm from Norway, but I get that it is a citrus/gourmand thank you for saving me from a blind buy. Thank you again. It's important for us to get some reviews that are not all positive. Otherwise we end up buying everything. I want to smell this first. 😁👍
