Nice! As a long time Golden Girls fan I completely approve! Did my baking shopping yesterday at my local market getting ready for Thanksgiving baking. Going to make my chocolate chip and peanut butter pie and cookies.
LOL. You won't believe it. I have another Pecan Pie Cheesecake recipe sitting on my kitchen counter. HOWEVER, I am making your recipe instead on Wednesday evening. Life is too short not to eat cheesecake, and I love to make it so the other recipe will be moved to New Year's! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Well, not to give it a thumbs down but, it's just an average cheesecake, with a topping, which really doesn't make this a "Pecan pie Cheesecake"...unless you incorporate "Pecan Butter" into the cream cheese mix, then of course add the topping!
