Scissors ✂️
Tape measure
Matching thread 🧵
Rulers
Material marker
You may need a bias tape maker.

If it for plus size that means the measurements of the squares will increase
Hello Olamide, I am so sorry for a late reply. For the top part I would suggest you use your bust measurement as well as arm opening. For the bottom or skirt part I would suggest that you measure your hips and multiply by 3. The last part hips x 5 and gather it.
Sure the top part of this dress will not be fitted right?
