HOW TO: Frost Blue Hair / Platinum Card

This is my take on the platinum card using Framar Foil It. This blending technique is amazing for clients with a level 5 and lower. All fashion colors used are by Joico Color Intensity. I used Framar Black Mamba Gloves as well as the Backwards Bibs.
