zer0blue1 i'm pretty sure what's happening in the video, is that the real natsume mito (the girl who got her bangs cut too short) got mad that the barber cut her bangs shorter than she asked, and accidentally killed her out of anger. then when she's in the room with the cop, she's being questioned about it. i think all the other characters that come in (the mom with the groceries, the little boy, etc.) might have been witnesses. then, when the cop takes off his mustache and reveals the heart underneath, she travels back in time to tell herself that the bangs are okay before she kills the barber. i'm not sure if there's any real meaning behind it.
Cheddy Chuu i think the mom with the groceries, the little kid and the man are their families, and they're really disappointed with mito. the ramen guy comes as a joke.
