    INGREDIENTS:
    For Fulki:
    Gram Flour(बेसन) - 2 Cup
    Cumin Seeds(जीरा) -1/2 Tsp
    Crushed Red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Tsp
    Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
    Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
    Water(पानी) - As Required
    Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
    Oil(तेल) - For Frying
    Onion(प्याज) - 2 Nos
    For Dahi:
    Curd(दही) - 4 Cup
    Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1/2 Tsp
    Sugar Powder(चीनी) - 4 Tbsp
    Water(पानी) - 1-1.5 Cup
    For Masala:
    Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1 Tbsp
    Coriander Seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 2 Tbsp
    Cumin Seeds(जीरा) -2 Tbsp
    Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
    Dry Red Chilli(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 12-13 Nos
    Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tbsp
    For Tadka:
    Oil(तेल) - 2 Tbsp
    Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
    Mustard Seeds(राई) - 1/2 Tsp
    Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता) - Some
    Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
    Dry Red Chilli(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 3-4
    For Serving:
    Curd(दही)
    Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
    Sweet Chutney(मीठी चटनी)
    Dahi Fulki Masala(दही फुलकी मसाला)
    Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
    Onion(प्याज़)
    RECIPE:
    For Masala, keep the pan on the flame, put Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper & Dry Red Chilli. Roast them dry & then keep them for cooling down. Then grind them & make a fine powder & take it out in a bowl. Add some Black Salt & store it in an airtight jar.
    For Dahi, take a big bowl & put some Curd, Black Salt, Powdered Sugar & Water. Whisk all with the whisker & keep it aside.
    For Fulki, in a bowl, put some Gram Flour, Cumin Seeds, Crushed Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Salt to taste, finely chopped Green Chilli & Coriander Leaves. Mix all well & make a batter by using Water gradually. Then cover & give it rest. Put some Baking Soda in it & mix well. Then make Fulki with the help of a spoon or fingers & fry them in the medium heated Oil until they get golden in color. Then put the fried Vadas/Fulki into the Curd. When half the Batter is left, then put chopped Onion in it & mix well & fry them. Then put the fried Onion Vada into separate Dahi.
    For Tadka, keep the tadka pan on the flame, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli & Dry Red Chili & put the tadka on Dahi Fulki.
    For Serving, take a serving plate & put the Dahi Fulki on it. Garnish with Coriander Leaves & Dahi Fulki Masala Masala. Then put the tadka, Green & Red Chutney, Coriander Leaves Dahi Fulki Masala & Onion Rings. Serve it & enjoy it. In this way, Super Soft Dahi Fulki will get ready easily.
