There's no water and sui gas in media town. Literally people have to buy their water more often and gas pressure in winter goes down to zero. Why should someone pay close to $2,50,000 (U.S Dollars) to buy this house with no facilities. Whereas on the other hand I think It's cheaper to buy a house in Turkey for less than half of that amount, with Turkish nationality for free.

So true, also little things like street lights not working, no commercial, no footpath, only 2,3 waste bin in every street etc. not worth the money much better to simply buy in bahria town , no problem of electricity,gas and water.
I think if someone want to buy a house in same price given in this video than you should visit G 13 that is located on kashmir highway having gas or electricity facilities but there is a lot of water problem we are facing there otherwise this sector is golden opportunity for getting rent or investment purpose

Room size is very small aik double bed aaya ga or room mai ghutan ho jaya gi or third room mai to single bed ki he jaga hai . Wall paper ka use kia gaya hai Pasa bachana k lia use less hai 2.80 sa zayda ka ni hai ya.
