Hey, I'm from Singapore and my family owns the same E class model. We have some issues with our "Hey Mercedes" voice command though - it is nowhere as intelligent and helpful as seen in various videos and "Hey Mercedes" tutorials, and it often gets even the simplest commands like "turn off air conditioning" wrong. Is there any way to improve the detection accuracy? Are we saying the commands wrongly? It doesnt have anything to do with the voice command struggling with Asian accents, does it?

Since the infotainment update, the voice command for hey mercedes doesn't seem to work efficiently, most of the time it doesn't response or recognise the voice command, any reason for this or how to fix this, I even check the linguistic function n the voice control is ON. Pls adv.
I live in Japan, and this video is a great time saver for me. Bought my Mercedes CLA Coupe 4 months ago, and the Users Manual is in Japanese. I speak the language but reading is a totally different thing. The people at the Mercedes dealer are incredibly kind and helpful, but I just can't go every time I have a question. Had a problem with the ambient lights. The guarantee includes a hand wash and when I got back the car had yellow lights. I love the purple sky color, and thanks to your video I was able to change the color. It was a piece of cake!! Thank you so very much.

Check that your MBUX voice assistant is active on Mercedes Me. If this doesn't work please contact your local retailer.
Well I learnt more in 20 mins ,than I have in last 11month since I bought the car brand new you speak my language and thx so much.regards Stewart.
When I say “hey Mercedes” she doesn’t say anything back but I still can make commands.
