I honestly love Star Platinum's/Jotaro's voice in the OVA. Sure, its not as good as the anime's. But it fits the vibe the OVA is going for. It's not trying to be an exact copy of the manga. Its trying to be more, atmospheric and horror based. And the voice actors fit that niche well.
