Granted it is personal reasons, working for them one time and getting fired for a really stupid reason, and working for them ten years later, and finding out your knee is fucked up and you can't run around the kitchen, so they fire you. I can hear Adam slightly on the right hand side and Jeff on the left, but I like it that way; gives a sense that you're watching it with us instead of just talking over the replay. Also the McDonald's ad is different in Europe.
I really dig the new mic. Having the voices coming from slightly off-center is actually better, I think, because it's more like there's two people talking to us, rather than two people who've been recorded beforehand. Keep the new mic.

But really - the mic is cool :D

I live in Washington, the state, in the USA. We don't get the Ask Anything. We do get a variation on that "All our beef is from Alberta" thing. In our case talking about local Washington produce/beef because we have a ton of farms here.

From my trips to USA I can tell you, that there is a big difference in prices between USA and Germany. In USA, all kind of fresh vegetables or fresh meat costs a little fortune. In opposite, MC Donalds is cheap as hell. In Germany MC Donalds is quite expensive and one can buy fresh groceries cheap.

well the sound would record just as you heard it, Jeff on the left and Adam on the right, if looking at them we saw Adam on the left and Jeff on the right. So unless you think of seeing them from the back normally your picture can remain the same.
I saw it on the news a couple weeks back.... those Mcdonalds commercials are only in Canada.... It touches on what Adam says about Canada having strict regulation on their meats.... so Mcdonalds Canada has nothing much to hide

My local burger van (small trader, buys his meat from a local butcher's shop, actual proper meat) is actually cheaper than McDonald's here. Really good chicken schnizel baguette (with real chicken) is about the price of a regular quarter pounder meal from McD's (about 4 quid). Their burgers are about half the price of Mc.D's.
Australians get Australian-made McDonald's commercials.I don't recall them staying where they get their beef except for the country (Australia) with their Angus beef burgers.

You are correct about the McD's meat.... they used pink slime up until a few months ago and they still use it but won't admit it. You're better off just not going to that place anywhere, regardless of country.

Yeah, anyone can turn their audio settings to mono- and they should do that no matter WHAT they are watching or listening to. Because guess what, for the past 40/50 years, movies, games and music have been recorded for stereo or more sources. Every computer made after the year 1995 or so should have that audio option. Some calculators have it.
We had some cheesy McD commercials in Norway. On was where this dude would walk for like forever to show that the meat they use were from local cows. So I guess if we have it in Norway they probably have it everywhere.
And what I am trying to say is the audio is awesome, and they shouldn't return to mono because your computer is not working, and you don't want to spend $2 to fix it. If they can spend $300 on a new microphone, you can spend $2 on a pair of headphones.

The audio is very clear and alive with the left/right effect. Maybe mix the level of volume a bit (game vs. cast sound). AWESOME is my vote :D

I'm really liking that new audio, but with two people I think it should be turned to mono in post. You don't hear sportcommentators in stereo.

I think that commercial is just a Canadian PR ad. I live in Arizona and have not ever seen an ad similar to that in any way, shape, or form.
