I'm from the Isle of Man. If I remember right, I think the earlier Milner's Tower 50p's were scarcer, the 2004, 5, 6, 7, and possibly 8, but not certain. They stopped issuing mintages a good few years ago. The Christmas 50p's are pretty scarce too, especially 'The Snowman and James' of 2003, and the FAR rarer same version of 2008. Yes, there are actually TWO different Xmas 50p's of 2008!! Also, recently on the Manx news, they reported on a RARE Large (30mm) size 1997 TT 50p selling for something like £209? I used to own 3 1996 TT 50p's, and a similar Large 1997 TT 50p - my 1997 sold for £474!
Very shiny 1983 £1, and many definite entries for the FR Collection. As Michael has already pointed out the first 4 years of Milner's Tower from 2004-2007 are fairly scarce, but because IOM don't issue mintage figures it will be hard to know the exact amount that were struck for circulation, and judging by the low percentage of Numista users who have those dates, it must be pretty low. I don't have any of those MT dates or even a 2013.
Those really bad 2016 and 2017 £1's have been on the pavement or road! What do you think about the rubbish with people saying the round £1's having 'Upside Down' edge lettering? One of the polite words I use is FANTASY.
Lots of contenders for the collection 😊
Great stuff RJ Coins 👍🏻
Nice to keep it building
Cheers Smiffy

The 83 was a very unexpected find!

Have you seen any U.K £1's dated after 2020, because I haven't?!
Hens teeth I think is the expression!
@@rjcoins970 Do they even exist??
Yes certainly on the ground - or even under it!
Edge writing is just 50/50 pot luck
