My dad who was my BIGGEST HERO pledged OMEGA PSI PHI FRAT. INC. in 1962 on the campus of Wilberforce U and my mother AKA three years later. My 100 year old grandmother is an AKA and so are three of my aunts. Thank GOD I grew up around nothing but strength 💪🏿, love, great character, and the resources to stand on my own!!! Nothing but love for these young men!!!

My siblings and I are legacies on both sides. When they went on their honeymoon, they traveled across country being housed by fraternity and sorority members all the way. We grew up seeing the love, camaraderie, fellowship, and strength of purpose in Black Greek life and value it highly.
it would be nice to see Back colleges start fraternities using Ancient Egyptian and African symbols instead of assimilating, using and promoting the western White European "Greek" symbols. JMHHO.

Majority of these people are not Greek they are just following trendy clubs that have been crammed in their face by their conquerors following tradition of those around them. A lot of it is from the schools that were established by our conquerors.We aren’t Greeks and we weren’t pagans.Greeks worship pagans gods. Since we, black people, are the 1st people; you have to remember that a lot of things were stolen from us. This is no different. Research your black history in relation to these orgs, and I mean look way back to African history, you'll see. Do these orgs do as much as they did back in the civil rights days? Maybe not but they still do things to uplift the black community. On a much simpler basis, it's just good old college fun. Life is short, have some fun. If pledging a frat isn't fun then don't watch frat videos. Why come on the video just to showcase how little you know?

Represent yourself well on and off campus 5. Can you buy your way in even if your not in college. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated
I taught 2000 Ques how to hoop at districts in 2004 but 85 took over cause I was scudded then somebody took whole hop and changed it to several hops that all represent the Mighty Rho Psi....its only one hoop...get at me if you need to learn the real deal

But to answer your question, these guys have built strong bonds that will last a lifetime and if they have volunteered or organized community events, that will look real good on their resumes'.
