I am 13 years old and 3 years ago I got hurt at the same place where rishbharhi got and I was going through the stairs up and I fall and I got hurt at the same place I hired the edge of the 1 step and I did not even fell it until i reached the roof my friends told me blood was pooling down and then I had to put the stitches

Sir, this is just out of concern for your daughter. There is a thing called Wound seal, which is an artificial scab. Please google it I use it often over deep bleeding cuts. Its just a powder that you pour over the bleeding cut or wound and it creates a seal/Scab immediately and comes of naturally when the skin heals itself. Please do check if you can find that.

Important msg...plz bring to Gaurav bhai's notice...Cyanoacrylate glue is single use and hospitals in India, especially small polyclinics don't keep stock. They are ordered as per patient requirement and usually available in attached pharmacy with big hospitals. Smaller hospitals/clinics write a prescription to the patient to avail from nearby local medical stores. I'm a maxillofacial surgeon and this speciality deals with such facial wounds and many more. I'd suggest you to approach a higher center with superspeciality plastic/maxillofacial surgeons and get gluing done. Or else suturing done with 6-0/7-0 ultra-fine suture materials. As Rashu is a girl child, for better aesthetics. Boys can grow up and hide the scar with beard. Gaurav bhai feel free to give me a call, for any further queries or suggestions. God bless

Exactly, in my childhood I also got hurt while playing in school and as it was a minor cut so doctor preferred surgical glue . Advantage of that is that it does not leave a mark like stiches
