The fact that Tennings videos are so infrequent just makes his uploads that much more special. Can't think of another TH-camr who elicits quite the same feeling of "oh my god" when I see their notification pop up.
I don't know if it was about letting him die, as it was more-so getting more deluded and bat-shit insane, over him dying during the invasion. Certainly would explain the constant talks about him, whilst basically mowing her way through aliens, and having no real clear indication on if she actually found her.
I remember asking my dad to buy me a videogame during his trip to the US. He brought this game, and as the ignorant little boy I was I played this... Even 8 y/o me knew this game was shit. Ashley’s story is like a Dumb and Dumber sequel set in the Alien Invasion where Lloyd is looking for Harry and some how found himself on the space ship.
Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if we were looking at some James Sunderland style delusions, with Ashley's fiancee really being dead, and her essentially just her going round in circles, until she essentially got to avenge him by reaching the mothership.

This game was called Space Raiders in North America and Japan. However, in North America, it was only released on the Gamecube. Japan got both versions, while Europe only got the PS2 version.
Ironically Taito is also a finnish word that translates into "skill" or "ability" (afaik the companys name has nothing to do with Finland or the language)
This looks like a game that I would find in the bargain bin at the 99 cent store or dollar tree which is where you would usually see crappy ps2 Xbox 360 and other gaming systems.

This doesn't mean anythingas far as the game's quality. Taito was responsible for a number of the lower budget releases of the PS2/GamecubeXbox era and if it wasn't Puzzle Bobble or Shikigami no Shiro, it sucked.
Hate me if you wish, I used to love this game as a child. Compared to all the great titles on PS2, this game wasn't my favourite, but it was a great game to play with my sister in co-op mode.
