Bravo! Finally a filipino review highlighting the need of safety features in family cars! Stability control should be mandatory, in deed it is in many many countries for a very long time. Stability control is very handy in our broken full of gravel, dirt and with very poor water drainage roads.
Suzuki released the refreshed version of the Ertiga March of this year. It now comes with a 2nd row arm rest and Auto climate control with digital display.
Nice review of the Ertiga, tackled the right points that needs to be focused and considered when looking for a subcompact MPV. Agree on the points like how a telescopic steering wheel should already be standard but then again for its price, its a good MPV when you're in a market for something that's bang-for-the-buck but budget kinda lacks for the Xpander which for me is the class-leader(most spacious and versatile). Am also a bit surprised that the Ertiga is on the firm side though, remembering how the XL7 was actually on the comfy side and how the Xpander and X-Cross combo has the opposite. All in all, it's actually a remarkable vehicle for its price except if you're a cash buyer(Xpanders are available for sub-1M when cash discounts are applied), ticks enough boxes to be considered as one of the better MPVs in its class. Decently spacious, enough standard features and a frugal yet capable engine.
@@monmontv2664 Xpander, hands down. More comfortable and stable ride plus cabin space is like night and day with the Xpander vs the Rush. There are reviews around TH-cam that says the same afaik, much better to see it for yourself or book a test drive as well. 😉
@@petergriffin4588 yup, also to be able to be able to compensate the added load people might put due to the higher ground clearance. Doesn't mean less of the Xpander Cross' comfortable ride though.
As much as i am a mitsu fan, if you need more power or kung siguro kargahan just add a bit more for an innova diesel. Pero kung city city lng naman or out of town xpander it is
It would have been better if you used the upgraded version of Suzuki Ertiga GLX. Those with new two-toned rims, an automatic climate control and a center arm rest on the 2nd row seat. Still a great review though 👍
In general dont expect more in a budget family car. .. This car serve its purpose particularly to those people looking for good car with efficient engine
Not to discredit the safety concern of the reviewer. But, stability control on a car thats 100hp is delivered to the front wheels. I think its not that big of a deal. Hehe but im all up for safety devices.
stability control intervenes with sudden maneuvers, regardless kung mahina o malakas ang sasakyan. i think what you are referring to is traction control, which controls the wheels from skidding because of too much power input, which i agree is not really necessary sa ertiga because 100hp lang siya, though useful pa rin to sa wet roads.
Sa totoo lang, may point din naman siya kung bakit naging concern niya yung absence ng ESP sa PHDM Ertiga since the ones being sold in Indonesia (Suzuki Sport variant) and Thailand (GX), may ganung feature plus Hill Hold Control at yung 10" infotainment, may Carplay at Android Auto, all of which are standard sa XL7. Siguro ang dahilan kung bakit hindi sinama yun ng Suzuki Philippines sa lahat ng variants or sa GLX at least yung ESP at HHC dahil lalong tataas ang presyo and most likely, the GLX variant would end up having a 1M price tag.

2years business use overload everyday great car no issue
Ertiga looks still much way better than Avanza and the exaggerated lunch box Expander 😂✌️. don't get triggered, looks are very subjective.

Still no stability control?
@@NextProgrammer Still no. Only ABS with EBD.
Very Informative, detailed and good English! Love it.
Hello sir hows the ertiga po kase me and my gf are also planning to get this. kaso we are hearing na long term dami daw problema.

Bro, Rush or xpander? what you got?
mas stiff ride ng xpander cross kaysa regular xpander dahil sa extra ground clearance and 17inch mags

How is it in long drives?
I like the way this guy speaks.
My dream car
Good review, but 2 improvements; 1, how tall are you?, and 2, can you show entering and exiting the 3rd row?

An honest review! Thanks!
How about the aircon po?

Question, MAY HILL START ASSIST ba ang ertiga?
Wala. XL7 lang meron
No apple carplay and android auto?
It works well either of the two.
I hope suzuki will change the transmission from 4 to 5 or 6 speed.
@ted punzalan Or better yet, Ertiga's Automatic Transmission should change to CVT.
@ted punzalan I hope also na yung height at length ni Ertiga ay kasing tangkad ni Innova.
@@asrockrpg change mo yung mags size magiging katangkad niya si innova hehe

does it have air bag? and how many?
Yes 2
I bought an upgrade version of GL MT, but the interior is black? now i'm not sure if the agent tricked me 😞😞😞
Nice review Sir
Thanks for the review. Suzuki Ertiga the best value MPV, good first family vehicle.

Nice Review of Ertiga
I feel like it's kinda nitpicking this innocent ertiga from the getgo... Poor Suzuki! You guys better come up with a BMW-quality kind of a car!
Interior of suzuki xl6 in india
😍😍
Ganda awto
Even the Fortuner doesn't have stability control 😑
All variants or ung base lng
Luwag ng 2nd row and 3rd row!!!
That's a lot of legroom! Or your'e just really short lol
I think he mentioned in one video that he is 5'5.
A script goes a long way during presentations :)
Hug mo ako kaibigan.
Bawal po hug, we're still advised to do safe social distancing 😉
