I have 2 tons of dishwashing liquid in the production tank that is moldy, how can I remove this mold and fix the liquid?
You may carefully remove molds if present only at top of liquid and apply formalin @1.5-2.0%.there is possibility that this liquid may if of resuse
Assalamualaikum sir, sir I'm conducting experiments, first couple of experiments went very well, but now i have the isse is that as soon as i add caustic lye to mixture it start thickening; I've used new utensils and everything but the problem persists. Also when i add caustic lye the Ph goes blue And upon adding citric acid it gets neutral. I don't know how to deal with it. Help would be higher appreciated.
Adjust ur pH at 8 so add caustic and citric acid accordingly slowly

I think I have clearly mentioned each and every ingredient qty etc in my video.for unit price of product you may take rate of each respective ingredients and calculate by your own.as raw materials prices change on daily basis therefore we avoid to give rates

Yes Magnesium Sulfate is Epsom salt.while AOS is Alpha Olefin Sulphonate available with us @Rs280/kg.itvwill be used in combo with LABSA to bring diwnper kg rate if ur dish wash and enhance the cleaning capacity.u can exclude AOS with LABSA
