I love Charlotte Tillbury so much darling! The eyeshadow formula is so effortless and beautiful to work with! The Bella Sophia (dolce vida) quad is one of my favorites. It looks great on my skin tone.

I agree! The Easy Eyes Darling Palette is absolutely the most gorgeous! I'm around NC40-42 and it shows up extremely well on me. Just for the fact that this shows beautifully on a more tan skintone makes it amazing ♡
Have you tried the Belle Sofia quad. Do you prefere it more than Easy Eye Darling?
I LOVE The Golden Goddess quad! Funny, it doesn't have any gold shades to speak of. There's a creamy beige satin, a beautiful taupe, a bronzy brown, and the topper shade is gorgeous. I've been debating whether or not to get The Bella Sophia quad, but I can't decide. Her brand is just so lovely

So happy for your video and your honesty. I agree CT palettes tend to start looking the same. And thank you for the reminder to use the pillow talk large palette mattes to enhance & complement her quads. Sometimes the quads can be limiting with no mattes. I’m inspired to play with my CT eyeshadows again!

Am pale and even I find the pillow talk pallette light on me I prefer the large pillow talk palette but I love copper charge and everyone always loves my eye makeup when I use pillow talk pallette of pops and the Bella Sofia x

Tara Lynn 😂 I’m so glad. I totally get it though- it’s a great palette, but it really only works for light skin tones. And even then it’s a soft look.

Hi Tara, will you be doing a tutorial on your eye look from today? I purchased that same Tom Ford eye quad and can’t decide if I like it enough to keep. I’ll be curious to hear your thoughts on the new Pat McGrath Mothership Divine Rose II, since those colors seem to pull a lot of pink and red. For that reason, I will probably pass on the release in June. 😊❤️
I only used it for the first time yesterday and I still don't know what to think. I first tried the mint shade on the lid and tried to blend the grey shade in the crease & outer corner, didn't love it so I wiped it off and started over🤷♀️🤪 I am still on the fence. I was hoping it would be more pigmented than it is, but, the shades blend out beautifully and I'm hoping I fall in love🤞🤞 Ill definitely use it on camera in a GRWM soon💋💋
Tara Lynn that’s exactly how I felt the first time I used that TF eye quad!! I like the pretty sheen on my eyes, but the gray just muddied up on my eyes and I felt like I had to apply several layers of that mint shade. I also felt that it was kinda similar to the mini retro, but that one at least has some matte shades to make a more cohesive look. Not to mention that the pigmentation is way better with that palette. I’m gonna try another look before I make a final decision. 😊
When you said you just don't like blue eyeshadow on your eyes. I 100% agree & I feel the same way TaraLynn.
I love blue & there are so so 💙 many that I just drool over. However no matter what I do. It makes me look NOT good. For some odd reason My eyes look bloodshot with n blue eyeshadow. But, But. I did find the deep navy blue is actually quite nice. When I wore deep navy blue for the first time. I was so uneasy. But I got several compliments. & after many years of practice I have a 2-3 different looks I do with my deep navy blue.

Is there a difference between CT quads “The Rebel” and “Green Lights”? I’m looking at them on Beautylish’s website and they’re either identical or I’ve completely lost my mind 🤣 you weren’t lying about Charlotte repeating her color stories! Lol
Lol, they're the same palette :) I felt the same way. I wanted the Green Lights and already had The Rebel. I had to stop for a second and investigate, so I didn't make an Ooof and buy the same dang palette.

I dont own any CT but was thinking of giving the pillowtalk quad a try. I have fair skin so i think it will show up fine. There are a few other quads i like too but i figure since pillowtalk is kind of iconic to CT i'd start with that one.

Dolce Vita, Exaggereyes, Super Blue, Desert Haze, Vintage Vamp, CT Darling Easy Eye are what I have. They're all in the order of oldest to newest. They're ALL my favorites for my medium, tan skin!! Each wow me like the first time. Fun video!

I actually might get the Charlotte copper charge quad. Her other quads are too light but the copper charge I think I could get a complete look from and I don’t have those colors, as well.

Yes, I do agree with you, the problem with Charlotte T is that she creates make up, practically entirely for light skin only.

Hi Tara, I have the exagereyes palette and I love it. You mentioned that your favorite CT eyeshadow palette is the Charlotte darling palette. I have been eyeing the darling palette for a while, but I am worried the colors by might too orange or dark for me. I am a light to medium skin tone with a olive undertone. I remember trying to pillow talk quad a while back and thinking it made me look sick 😬 haha. Do you think this palette would do the same or is it pretty light and natural??

Hey girl, I am wearing a Tom Ford palette. Can't think off the top of my head the name of it, but it's in the description box😁 I used that mint shade in the palette as Eyeliner. I LOVE using shadow as Eyeliner❤❤ Thanks for the compliment on my hair. I use the Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner, my ride or die🤪💋 And I am wearing clip in extensions now which I used to wear itip extensions and I wore them for 11 years. I have really enjoyed the Clip ins. I will create a video all about my extensions and hair routine. Thanks for the suggestion 💋❤🌹

I'm not sure. The last palette I bought and hated it. I filmed a review but never put it up. Terrible pigment and just blah. This new palette because it has so many blue shades, and the fact i hated the pigment in the first one, I'll probably pass on this one 😁🤷♀️❤

The reason you do not like the blue in the stary eyes palette is because they clash with your eye color. Look at the color wheel, browns and orange tones are what accent our eye colors. Mine are are blueish green is more so aqua!
Anyways I’m right there with ya I can’t pull off blues UNLESS it’s like the Royal blue in the PM Mothership I. I LOVEEE doing a smoky eye with that palette!

I wanted the easy eye palette, searched you tube for reviews- couldn't find much. Settled for desert haze (yet to come) as there was abundant of feedback on that palette. Kind of regretting it now 😒
I think you'll enjoy the simplicity of it, they are normal every day shades that you can add any shimmer too and enjoy it. I hope you get it and LOVE it❤❤❤

I do not own anything from CT.
I do plan to purchase a cpl items in the near future. However CT eyeshadow palettes are NOT speaking to me. #1 almost all of them look the same.
#2 I watched a tutorial one time. The girl using the pillow talk palette was struggling to get pigment to show up. Then I researched a bit. Finally came across pro MUA that works for Charlotte Tillbury in a specialty CT store. He explained that her shadows are meant to be very light n sheer.
CT is everything! ❤️
I absolutely love CT it’s my favorite brand if I could only pick one brand for the rest of my life it be CT no question about it but I don’t Owen very much from her due the price I have to save money to perches her items

I really want to buy the darling palette but im scared its too warm and orangey. Does it lean more towards the orange side or pinky mauvy side?
