- Dr. Feagins’ lawsuit claims several board members repeatedly violated the Tennessee Open Meetings Act in their efforts to have her fired.
Smiley just may end up in prison over his conduct. Follow the money. Audit the district right down to the money in the postage meters.
It looks like we may have a Ricky Peete, repeat. It's about contracts to friends and the cash.
I know she wants them to know because those folks are looking at criminal charges!
This happens on every job . People plot to run others off😮
Never thought I would say it but having the State take over would be what the Board deserves.
Something is wrong with her. Can’t pick up on it. Both sides are wrong. What about the children? Dr. Vegan does need to keep the board informed. Please if the state takeover it is not a good thing.
Regardless of what feagins did wrong, she needs more than 6 months to get settled within her role. Why not put her on a PIP plan? Why not issue a warning? Force her to take more training?
Going straight to firing is silly and shows the lack of leadership within the board.
She should have spoken up and said no we shouldn't meet in secret so she is a part of it...too many women on the board...did she go and tell Dr. Feagins? Did she remove her self from the meeting? Case closed
She did speak up at every meeting. Her and commissioner Huet-Garcia.

@@mentor7384 Well commissioner Mickissick and Huet-Garcia did more fighting for Dr. Feagins than the rest of the board members.
